Hi everyone, Im going crazy trying to decode this synastry chart lol, im the inner wheel and a guy that I work with is the outer wheel. I heard on the grapevine that this guy has been obsessed with me for quite a while now and I was wondering if anyone can see what might be causing this? I would greatly appreciate all opinions!

He cannot not be attracted to you as his Venus is on your Asc. But it's in Virgo, so he won't make a move unless he feels that the attraction is two-ways. So if you like him you better give him signals that say it is safe to approach you.
