I have had a theme that's reoccurinng in my life for the past 6+ months and that is the need of knowing my past lives. In fact Ive been warned a couple of times that not only is it recommened I do so but it is extremely important that I do so and do it soon. I have no idea the best way to go about past life regression. Asking for any suggestions, please.IP: Logged |

Why is it important to you? I hope no one is trying to scare you into doing this.
You don't need to be regressed, btw.
Past lives can be tapped into in other ways.What are you hoping to find? You've had many past lives, but only a couple are going to be important to THIS lifetime. You get lessons which recur in lifetimes but also strengths which you carry. Some of the strengths carry over, but also the wounds do too. That's normal.

Oh no, no one is scaring me into it but there has just been a great deal of syncronicities in the past few months, concerning past lives. This has caused a reoccuring theme. When something in my life keeps reoccuring such as this has I feel like it is important to pay attention to it.
Besides that I just had a Karmic Past Life Astrological report done. My Saturn is in the sign of Taurus located in the 12th house. In that report it said that my body may express past life fears in the form of allergies. I have severe allergies, not to mention I also have some extremely odd, atypical allergies. In that report it said that this placement of Saturn indicates a strong need for past life regression. Now, given the theme over the past several months, then having thios report done a couple of weeks ago PLUS having a strong internal feeling that certain ailments could be relieved in this life if I had some insight into the where and hows they came about due to past lives.
I appreciate your concern for the practicality of it. Please, give me any and all suggestions you may have.IP: Logged |

Hello!
 MyVirgoMask is correct! You do not need to be regressed, and in fact, these regressions can insert false memories and or open windows that one is not ready for. Also many regressions are totally bogus.
Additionally, Astrology is not (in my opinion) the best route for discovering past lives.
So on that note;
What are you hoping to discover?
Remember, most folks who have not "soul split" have thousands or more past lives,
and millions of related memories.

HHHMMMM...Your comments LEXX got me to thinking in a different direction. First, I absolutly agree Astrology is not the way to tap into past lives. I wasnt implying at all that it was, just simply that due to my Saturns placement in my chart I was recently advised that I should seek past life regression.
I DO FEAR another individuals aid in discovering info from the past, I felt like this is something I would have to do alone. Simply due to not wanting outside persuassion of any kind. I hadnt given thought to my own planting of false memories. Im starting to think the best way for me to handle this is to simply meditate and/or ask for enlightenment on ANYTHING my Higher self deems relevant to the well being of this incarnation, from past ones.
