Some specific things if you can help me in answering :
1) How are the singletons effecting me?
2) Is my Sun the most powerful in my chart?
3) How are the trines from 6th to 2nd useful?
4) I have a heavy 6th and 2nd house and rulers of both these houses have hard aspects to the 2 singletons( also outer planets)? How does it effect those houses?

I have been wondering this lately..
I have most of my planets in 2nd and 6th houses..
and rulers of exactly these two houses have hard aspects to the 2 singletons (also outer planets) that i have..
jupiter( ruler of 6th) square pluto ( water singleton)
sun ( ruler of 2nd) opposite saturn ( air, hemisphere wise singleton)

So can any light be shed on how these houses will be effected?

your sun is conjunct your ascendant, so that would be one indication that it is very strong in your chart. Plus it's in Leo, it's natural home, which gives it a nice extra boost

The trines you mention are quite useful in that you can easily integrate your action and thinking and aesthetic styles. The only danger would be that you might take these good qualities of yours for granted and not develop them as much as you could.

You are quite a private person it seems to me, and would rather not air your dirty laundry in public (majority of planets in bottom part of chart).

You also have a lovely mars-venus conjunction in virgo. This gives you a lot of charisma and appeal. Possibly also you are quite shy, and a perfectionist.

I'm afraid I can't tell you at this point how your 2nd and 6th houses will be affected by the aspects you mention. Hopefully someone else knows a bit more about this subject.
