I do see some tension in your chart. Your chart ruler is opposite Jupiter and quincunx Sun. The Jupiter opposition is made easier by Venus, which makes a positive aspect to both ends of the opposition. Venus rules Libra, which is about finding balance, and your Venus is in Virgo, so incorporating a fair amount of self-criticism will balance or offset the tendencies of the Uranus opposite Jupiter. Jupiter's a gambler, and Uranus is destabilizing, so having Virgo in charge of the purse-strings (Venus) is a good thing.

I think with the Sun quincunx your chart ruler, there may be some hesitance on your part to engage in group behavior. You might wish to cling to doing things on your own, and getting all the credit for your own efforts. Your chart, however, suggests you'll have success with other people. Even your MC is in the sign of other people's money, Scorpio.
