Hello Caeti723,

I looked at your synastry together, not the composite. Synastry is putting both of your charts together to compare them and see how both of your planets are communicating to each other and I'd like to confirm what the other astrologer said about you meeting someone at work. Your synastry with each other is quite strong and romantic. I'm not surprised to hear you say that you feel like the same person, there are plenty of aspects and patterns contacting each other in both charts. There's even longevity-type aspects in the chart.

There are two stressful aspects in the chart that need discussion, but don't worry because every relationship needs stress to keep it moving, but you don't want extreme stress which can ruin things. The first one is your Saturn squares his Mars and can suggest a strong control factor over his actions or him controlling your actions. The positive side of this is your ability to guide his actions or teach a strong skill. The negative side can suggest too much control on either side or with both of you. The extreme of this can suggest domestic violence or even dampening of sexual desire, but let me repeat that it is an extreme. I would suggest that you keep an eye on how you are treated by him and how you treat him because your very own chart suggests strong difficulties in your early childhood home in terms of how you were treated physically as a child and if those childhood issues haven’t been dealt with by you, it could be a matter of repeating those patterns with a spouse. If any of those issues do begin to repeat themselves in your relationship it would be wise for you to explore that through counseling, to get some support with those issues.

However, another positive of that aspect could be that you both motivate each other to build. He could be active in helping you to accelerate your career.

The other aspect is his Uranus squares your Mars which can be sexually stimulating but it can also shock you as well. Mars doesn’t liked to be shocked because it lashes out without planning what direction it wants to move in and can cause accidents, so he needs to be careful with surprising you. It can also trigger anger in you. His Mercury conjuncts your Mars which is an aspect that stimulates lots of communication, but that communication be argumentative. Here’s a secret, some couples love to argue so it can be viewed as “spirited debate” but there will definitely be times when you won’t want to gloss over what’s being discussed. He naturally has Uranus square Mercury in his own chart which may compel him to say shocking things on a regular basis and that could be one of the causes of your “spirited debate”. He may really enjoy saying these shocking things publicly in order to gain attention but only you can confirm that.

If the two of you decide to make it official, he will have the ability to make a very happy home for you and you will spoil him beyond even your own belief.

No relationship is perfect, so don’t be frightened by the negatives that I’ve stated. Millions of couples have the same aspects and they learn to “manage” them. That’s why we have relationships, not just to sit in bliss with one another, we also work out issues with one another to learn, to grow and to expand.

Please confirm what rings true for you in this reading with as detailed of feedback as you can. Thanks.

Hello Caeti,

I just wanted to let you know that I agree with you. I also don't believe that the bad will outweigh the good in this situation. I also wanted to emphasize the word EXTREME means exactly that. The fact that you both already have the awareness of your issues/illness is a big plus and I love that he is a martial artist which also channels some of the stressful energy aspects of his chart. That's why I never use the terms "good aspects" or "bad aspects" because that is old thinking in terms of astrology and it ends up scaring people instead of allowing them to see the gifts that stressful aspects can bring.

Also, just to emphasize definitions, there is a difference between a "Composite Chart" and a "Synastry Chart". I read the Synastry Chart which is putting person A's chart around person B's chart. A Composite Chart is a relatively new phemomenon over the last 25 years where the charts are mathematically fused together. I don't do "Composite Chart" readings because I can get infinite information from Natal Charts and Synastry Charts.

Last but not least, nothing is written in stone but I just want you to know that I wish both of you very happy and healthy relationship. And Happy Holiday's to you as well.

P.S. Randall, thanks for the bump.

By "extreme" I was talking about the Mars-Saturn square usually being considered an aspect of domestic violence. I meant it to mean "worst case scenario". Usually people begin to worry or freak out once you describe how that aspect can be expressed, so I was trying to dispel the worry.

That was vague. I meant: what would make an astrologer come to the notion that I would be meeting through a workplace setting?

Thank you

You would have to ask the person who told you that information. From what you wrote a few posts up from this, the astrologer was looking at a Solar Return Chart. I don't do predictions of that type. It seems to me at this point that you want to learn more about how to do predictive astrology and that's where I have to hand you off to the other areas of this website where people are discussing those topics. There are thousands of pages of information here but I always whole heartedly suggest that people read astrology books to learn.

Search subjects on Amazon.com or the other booksites. Llewelyn.com is an excellent website for esoteric books for study.
