Seriously?

There's a little tab at the left hand side of the website that shows you how to post your charts, very easy to read and step by step. If you can save a word document and find it later you can post a chart.

I don't know how much simpler anyone can make it.

I have tried and when i save the images from astrodienst on my desktop they somehow become smaller so when i copy the img code and post they are small. Any suggestions?

try uploading them to tinypic.com or imageshack.us. they don't resize them smaller automatically. IMG code works the same.
