In case anything is unclear, it is in Leo, the 10th House.

It squares Venus-Sun-Jupiter-Pluto, sextiles Ascendant-Mercury. It conjuncts my Part of Fortune, if that is significant in any way.

Your mars is square many planets in the first house. This is significant for some outstanding reasons:
1) The first house represents how we interact with others - it's kind of like the platform, or the interface between us and others, so, again, it will affect your ability to assimilated harmoneously with others, and the outside world.
2) Your ascendant is Scorpio, mars is a co-ruler (with pluto) of scorpio, so, adding emphasis to the factors above
2) Your mars squares it's co-ruler, pluto here so again, adding emphasis to the focus above

The issue I see here is great tension with your mars, ie, all those squares, and there's somewhat of a feedback loop whereby the energy loops in on itself: you assert yourself, or make a move for what you want, but you encounter power struggles(pluto), and challenges to your self esteem(venus) and confidence(sun), which makes you frustrated, them maybe angry, which then again, trugger your pluto(more power struggles and maybe full-on explosive anger), then you feel bad.

How does any of this sound Red lovie?

So does that mean, instead of having challenges with other people, I'd have challenges with my material world?

But yes! I'll set out on a venture, such as trying to create or design things, then I'll be very unsure whether it's acceptable or not. I'll put something I've made out there or even just pitch my idea, but have such little confidence (though I do tend to make up for it with charisma and people skills-ish).

On topic, yes, all those words would apply, but I really try my best to work things out. I will feel those things building up inside me, but I'll try to talk things out or compromise, etc.

Anything I say - or anyone else - I don't think you "must believe". I don't think this is so. Use this as an exercise to bounce ideas off someone and get objective feedback for yourself. It will lead you to more self-reflection and self learning. You decide in the end what is accurate or not. I am still learning about astrology, this helps me to learn too. Ok?

As it is 2nd, you likely don't come across immediately as aggressive or fiesy or anything, as you might if it was in the 1st.

I think what I've said still applies however, my reasoning being that, your mars is in the 10th, and it is aspecting these planets, and affecting your status in the outside world and your ability to make smooth interactions due to much tension and feelings of confrontation and competitiveness. It is just not immediately apparent when people meet you (as would be if was inthe 1st).

Because of the hits to the second then, it means that, it influences your ability to make money, build resources for yourself, definitely affects your own feelings of self worth. Your feelings of optimism can be too much and you can overstretch, and the power, and fury issues still apply.

I'm very optimistic and generally a happy person. It borders on unrealistic. I'm also excitable and playful, so maybe I've resolved the power and fury issues?

Also, self worth...I feel much more secure knowing that, for example, someone likes me more than someone else. Is that the issue presenting itself? I can lose confidence when I'm not sure how I compare to others.

You probably are playful etc, these planets we are talking about are getting happy vibes from uranus/neptune/moon. So this makes sense. It's just, I'm thinking, maybe at work? You have confrontations, or, you are over assertive. This may well work - depending what field you are in, eg, a professional boxer of something

But I'm thinking that it is causing you some issue and you would perhaps like to find the ""key" to making this work for you, instead of tripping you up?

The interesting thing you have wwith your chart, is that, in the 4 areas where your planets have gathered, there are "mixed messages": they are receiving challenging aspects AND easy aspects. So, maybe you just get going, feeling all optimistic with your idea and inspirations, but then you meet a wall - often in the form of a confrontation with someone.

Hmmmm...as much as it would be cool to find out how to make these work for me, I kinda want to make them work for me myself (if that makes sense).

Walls, walls, I'm trying to think of walls...I usually don't encounter a wall to my inspirations, as I always push them right through to the finish. Maybe the wall is getting started, as I procrastinate a lot or feel uninspired in the first place.

People can be confrontations, ESPECIALLY my mother. I usually assimilate them or convince them or compromise...but with my mother, we have it out and argue hardcore.
