Wow Ami...you are good!! Okay. Let me answer all the things you have said. 1. Generally, I would say I had a happy childhood. I do not recall any unhappy family incidents. But yes, for 2 years in secondary school, my whole class isolated me because of a stupid rumour that 2 popular girls spread. No one ever really bullied me but it was a tough time because I had to learn to pretend that it didn't bother me when it did big time. But after a signifcant incident happened in end of year 2, I became one of the popular girls in school. So if there was any wound, I would say it is an emotional one. I have no physical thing that I am ashamed of. 2. My mom & dad were awesommmmmmmeeee parents! :-) We were not rich. We were just a typical average income family. I would say I had a happy early home. 3. YES!!! In every relationship or friendship I go in, I always have this desire to be of service. 4. I'm trying to recall here if my dad was ever super critical....He was an asian male chauvanistic man in those days and would sometimes say certain things that might belittle my mom a bit but we never really took his words to heart...well, not for me and my mom anyway...lol...we just think he is being an ass when he does that but among the 3 children, I am the closest to him and me and my mom and me were the ones who took care of him for about 10 years (he had cancer) and we were there when he passed and anytime I think about my dad now, it is never with sadness. It is always with fondness and happiness :-). Oh and I do have a lot of self doubt but i can't really see it being connected to my dad. 3. Yes. I am always the designated driver and the responsible one in my family and in my relationships with men. I am always silly and I think I always have fun in any occasion but at the end of the day, I am always resposible and I never totally let go and just have fun without planning.. 4. What is an unaspected Venus? 5. I do find that I always try to put up a tough chick front. In the earlier years, I think it was all mostly pretending to be tough but after I hit 30 years old, I feel different somewhat. Hard to explain. I just feel more assured that life will have a path for me no matter what and no matter what negative things I encounter, I am always able to find a silver lining...some says it is self -consolation....i dun know.. 6. My family are buddism. I have always thought of myself as a free thinker so no religion. I believe in all religion as long as it teaches good and not slam other religions. IP: Logged |

Ok
The unaspected Venus is a strange animal .You will either relate or not.You tell me.
It is about having a special relationship with "love"
You have qualities of grace and caring that are a throw back to older days when things like that mattered like when people visited the sick or wrote thank you notes.
Can you relate to this sentiment? Does it feel personal with you.

Now the unaspected Venus makes you a feral child in a way in that you have to figure out your own unique"style" and way of being that is not taught you by your parents or society.
Do you feel this?

Yes. People do tell me how lovely I am and how gracious and how big a heart I have & that I am too nice. But of cos, more often than now, I dun feel that the 3 ex-men in my lives see me like that or maybe they do and they just dun say it. I dun know if I made people feel special though :-) I know I crack people up with my sillyness though...LOL quote:

Ok I am gonna ask you some questions about the unaspected Venus
Can you give a lot of love to others but it is hard to feel it for yourself?
Do you get "too social" sometimes almost in an obsessive way?
Are you super creative and it shows up in some creative field such as music,art?
Can you be really detached in love and feel you are looking down from a detached vantage point at the relationship but you are not "in" it?IP: Logged |

I have never been a religious person so i think the answer is no...i do feel spiritual and i am always reading stuff on spiritual well being..Yes.I like to be of service and I have a lot of love and affection to give to others but i dun love myself enough at times... I am a very social person but a lot of times, i never really understand the conversations that is going on or what people are really talking about and I basically ******** my way through and make jokes and be funny so that people won't realize how little i know.. :-( I feel stupid at times... i am creative more in background work or blogging or making photo albums but not in music or art...
