In my experience, they are connected. I mean someone messes things up at some point so the hurt is kinda inevitable. So far it seems to me like you cannot have one without the other. If things get serious, I prepare myself for it. It probably sounds pessimistic, but I think it's more realistic because we are human, we are bound to make mistakes. quote:

1.Only when too tired/sleepy or I am comfortable with the people I talk to. I think I am a little uncertain because I don't want other people to consider me too... well bizarre.

Not really. When I want to get close to someone I have already accepted the responsibility that comes with it. But when someone tries to get too close to me and I feel I am not ready, I have a strong impulse to run away. Sometimes I managed to stay grounded and not give in, but other times I would just panic and then I would put some distance between us.IP: Logged |

Yes, but only if the feelings are mutual. Otherwise I cannot deal with that kind of intensity and I would just feel like I am taking advantage of him.

Yes, sometimes. I figured I liked the beginning of a relationship when everything is new, fun, carefree... When things progress and become serious, I feel like I am losing that stuff. I know we cannot stay the same forever and at some point we got to move towards something significant, but I think I just miss it a little.IP: Logged |
