Ok, I will look at your chart and see where I want to go.
Please, think about the IC.That would be great.Inside, I am very Aqua, as far as ANY thought goes, any philosophy goes for me to examine.
In my actual physical life, though,I am very conservative. It is only my mind that is wild.

Okay so here is my summary on the IC. This is not only based on my research but also based on what I have found with the influence of the IC in my chart, and the charts of my loved ones.

The IC is your foundation. It is your heritage and your roots and will explain what you need to feel safe and secure based on experiences as a child. It can also be a hidden side of yourself, your psyche. It will describe your deep rooted attitudes and behaviors. These could be from memories or even subconscious ones. I watched a documentary once that talked about how a lot of ingrained psychological problems can be effected by the environment and situation the mother was in during the 2nd and third trimester. Whatever energies surrounded the mother during pregnancy will hold a huge influence on the childs behaviors and psychology. I can't remember what the study was based on but they talk about people with schizophrenia or other mental health issues and how many of these peoples mother's were in violent or extremely stressful environments.
The baby will prepare itself for the world he or she is about to step into. We are all born sensitive to subtle energies and say, if I were pregnant and in an abusive relationship were I was surrounded by a ton of tension and anger, my baby is going pick up on those energies and prepare itself. Think about it, I know if I walk into a room where everybody is mad I will be able to feel that tension without any prior knowledge to what had happened. Imagine a new baby coming into the world. Babies/young children all all extremely sensitive, that's how they get a feel for things. If they werent prepared for whats to come do you think it possible the baby could go into shock from the intense negative energy? I feel this is true.
When my mom was pregnant with me, she worked night shift as a hotel desk clerk so worked until about 3-4am and didn't go to bed til 7 or 8am. From the day I was born to this day I struggle with sleep. I'd go to bed but I can rarely ever fall asleep until at least 2am. The last few years that I've been working lots is much different, I can sleepout of exhaustion lol.

Anyway I have competely steered away from my point. I believe the IC can indicate attitudes and behaviors based not only on physical/visual memory but emotional memory. Emotional memories are based on vibes and energies you picked up on either before you were born or when you were too young to remember now. I think this will be the side of you that you suppress once you start to grow up and logic sets in. You learn to ignore these things and get a grip on "reality".

I've read that the IC can represent parents-more so the mother. I agree with this to a certain degree; the mother is the traditional care-taker, the one who raises the children. I feel that the IC will represent whoever had the biggest influence on you as a child, whether it be positive or negative. I think it is whoever was your main guardian. I have made some extremely strong and fascinating connections of this. I will quickly list them all off, then I will talk more about your Aquarius IC.

1) My IC; Sagittarius 0deg. My mother was the one who had the biggest influence on me as a child because she was as stay at home mom and my dad worked (that is not to say he had no influence on me, he did. We have similar charts--both strong in Virgo). My mother is a Sagittarius ASC at 15 deg. conj. Jupiter.
2)My love's IC; Capricorn 22deg. His grandparents raised him. His grandfather worked all the time and his grandmother stayed at home. She has the biggest influence over him and he looks up to her and respects her more than anyone. Her ASC is Capricorn 21deg.
3)My cousin's IC; Capricorn 9 deg. Out of both of her parents she seems to be more like my uncle, and she really looks up to him. His ASC is Capricorn, 2deg.
4)My brother's IC;Capricorn 20deg. My mother raised all of us and we all have a wonderful relationship with her. My mom's moon is only 9 degrees away from his ASC and he's a big momma's boy lol, but I think my brother's biggest influence was my youngest sister. For good or bad, whatever she did stuck to him forever. Her ASC is Capricorn 13 deg.
5)My best friend's IC; Cancer. Her mother had a huge influence on her, for the worst. She's a Cancer sun and that's all I know so I can't say this is my strongest connection, but definitely worth noting.
6)My mother in law's IC; Libra. Her father has the biggest influence on her personality and state of mind. He has a Libra ASC (his was a guess but it definitely fits) plus he has a few Libra planets.
7)Other cousin's IC; Virgo. His biggest influence in my opinion, and the person that raised him the most, was his mother who is a Virgo Sun.

I am going to continue making more connections with different aspects but I noticed the IC/ASC connection came up strong and the conjunctions obviously stood out a bit more to me.

So we've covered your home was cold and apathetic. Your mother was aloof and didn't show you the affection that every child needs so bad.

Did you feel like a prisoner in your own home? With Aquarius here I think you felt a strong need to break free ever since you were brought into your mother's life. You strive to be different from your family and lead a different life than the one you were forced to experience when young. Deep down you may feel like an outsider--that there is something about you that doesn't quite fit in with the regular crowd. Maybe your the type that is on the outside looking in. You have an instinctive ability to observe others and understand them and accept them. You didn't get enough emotional experience during your childhood thus you studied and watched it happen to other people. You are strong in water, thus you are highly emotional and sensitive and your need for the human touch and to feel love is much more intense than a lot of people so this influence could have been extremely damaging to your self esteem and to your pride.
You are naturally visionary and eccentric. You may not express this but you definitely feel it.
Without thinking about it, you will defend the underdog and never exclude anyone. You have a strong innate need to accept everyone and to be accepted. You are humanitarian. Your negative childhood experience have forced you to become above all the petty, perfectionist ways of your mother. You know and understand full well how it feels to be expected so much of and to be demanded of things that didn't make you comfortable. This has forced you to be accepting of your fellow man and you are probably very interested in the psychology of other people.

How does this sound, Ami?

I added your chart into my database so I can look at your chart using Placidus system as I understand it better and I feel it is most accurate (not stating this as a matter of fact, this is simply my own personal opinion).

Looking at aspects to your IC.
Pluto opposes your IC.
Your childhood was or still is extremely hard for you to deal with. You struggled a lot with these experiences and I think maybe it caused you a lot of emotional upsets. This is the side of your Pluto that you are having difficulty owning, Ami. Or at least what must have been difficult. If you have owned it, or when you do own it I guarantee it will be empowering and add so much strength.
Instead of being able to transform and grow from your past trauma, you may feel stuck and forever wounded. How does this sound?

Your Sun and Mercury are trine your IC. You are able to positively express and communicate the side of you that is influenced by your IC. These experiences have a huge influence on your self expression and vitality.
To me, when you talk, you are very comforting and understanding. These qualities come from your need to give what you never got. You express this very well I think.

Neptune also trines your IC. I need to think about this one for a while. Hard to interpret, for me anyhow. With it Neptune being in the 12th and all.

Neptune trine the IC seems the easiest for me to see.
Neptune was my way OUT of my childhood. I read all the time .My imagination and my flights of fantasy took me away from the reality, which was pain.

Music took me away, too.
So,Neptune was a positive to mitigate my IC.

How did you get what you did about Pluto? That was profound?

I entered your birth data into my astro database if that is alright. I did this so I could look at your chart using the placidus system. Funny enough your houses are all exactly the same. But with this I can see the degrees of all your angles thus being able to calculate aspects between planets to the angles. Astro shows aspects to the ASC and MC but not DC and IC.

Your Pluto sits at 24 degrees Leo. Your IC sits at 22 Aquarius.
An opposition is 180 degrees apart. The orb allowance, according to my references, is the same as a conjunction (0-8). Your Pluto and IC are 182 degrees apart. Thus, Pluto opposes IC.

A negative Pluto creates destruction and struggle. The IC is your foundation, where you feel secure.
This tells me you struggled with family. You struggled with finding a sense of comfort and worth.

Hopefully I've explained this well enough for you.

Mind if I take a look at your midpoints?
Joining in to Ceri's thread makes me want to look at midpoints more. They are much more telling that what I had initially thought.

I have Sag at a lot of my personal midpoints which makes the most sense.

I'd like to look at all your planetary combinations as well if you are interested.

Taurus on the DC, with it's ruler in it's own house....
You are in search for somebody who is stable, earth bound and who possesses much staying power. You need somebody grounded to help calm your strong emotions.
You strive for a well balanced, stabilized, and grounded relationship. One that makes you feel secure and safe. You need a partner with much staying power. You need someone who is nurturing, affectionate, and honest. Someone with patience.
Any of this true?

Man, thanks so much, Sooth
I could never SEE my struggle, in my chart.I thought I had an easy chart.
This way of doing it, with you and me, makes it better than a professional reading,in some ways.

We can go step by step and understand things.

Now, would my Pluto be a negative Pluto, just from this, do you think.
I will look up Pluto oppose IC and check.
It has positive aspects except for this, Thank Goodness lol

Basically I would put this by saying that anything Pluto related will be a huge theme throughout your life.
But I think other than it's effects on your childhood security you have a rather positive relationship with Pluto. You have opened yourself to it's pain and allowed yourself to learn the lessons. I think what is most important now would be to come to terms with your past traumas. As hard as it may be you need to forgive and forget (if you already haven't) and allow yourself to grow as a person and become stronger than ever.
Your Sun and Mercury sextile Pluto allowing a means of positive expression and release of your intense feelings and complexity. You have the ability of sharing and communicating your pain and having it become a positive influence in your overall temperament and vitality.

Totally
I need someone grounded on the earth.I have an earth void.
I have a Cancer moon, which again, makes for a fragility, which I have.

I need a man who feels solid
