It is a very interesting chart for so many reasons. I will write down my thoughts on it and hope other knowflakes will share their opinions on this as well.
First of, the Ascendant is very late. This has several significations. For starters, it is usually considered that the chart is *invalid*, unfit to be read. I don't think so. It means you already know the answer and ask in confirmation. Also, because the degree is anaretic (29) and anaretic degrees are critical, it means the issue is very important to you and that it is subject to change soon (Asc will soon change signs). So change is in the air for you, for sure.
Okay. Next we look to the ruler of the Ascendant, which is you. That would be Mars in Cancer in the 4th house. This is a pretty good position. In Cancer, Mars is in its own triplicity, but also in fall, suggesting that, though things are going alright in your life, there's something that upsets you, that doesn't feel right. Mind you, you're in Cancer, so your emotions on the matter are very important. Your position in the 4th house is a big asset. It gives you power to act on this. You hold the reigns, sort of speak. It empowers you.
Next we look at the significator for your career, which is Saturn exalted in Libra and in your 6th house. This is the duty house, the job that has to get done. It speaks about how you feel about your career. Now, Mars and Saturn are separating from a square that you made from Saturn's detriment and were received also by detriment. This means a while ago (4,5 weeks or months) there was a rupture between you and your career. You were disappointed with it, perhaps thinking to quit it. Saturn is ruled by Venus, which is applying to you for a sextile, reuniting you with your career. Interesting that Venus rules your 7th house of partnerships. And being a feminine planet, it suggests a woman will be of influence in this matter (positive influence, because it makes a positive aspect). This person is a friend(you're in Venus's term) or possible love interest (rules DC), but she's in a horrible position herself (combusted by Sun's rays, placed in a cadent house and in her fall), so she might not be a great help because she's helpless herself. But regardless of that, you are in a strong position and can act by yourself.
Next we look at the Moon, which could be your co-significator or significator for the situation in question. Moon is in Sagittarius, which is a peregrine sign for it, neither good, nor bad, but placed in the 8th house, which is a house of "letting go". I think it means you have to let go of your old career in order to embrace acting. The Moon also is conjunct the NN, which again reinforces the importance of this matter to you. Now Moon is applying for a sextile to Saturn (ruler of your career) in 2 time frames (weeks, most likely, especially since acting classes start about then). This is a favourable event, even though there is no mutual reception between Moon and Saturn. It is a start, but it can still go either way. Interesting to notice that Moon also rules your 5th house of creativity.
The Part of Fortune is placed in the 11th house of your hopes and wishes, under Saturn's rulership. It squares your house (ASC) which means some reconsiderations will have to be made to follow this dream. This is reinforced by Saturn's Sabian: AFTER A STORM, A BOAT LANDING STANDS IN NEED OF RECONSTRUCTION. The Sabian for POF is A WOMAN READING TEA LEAVES, which to me it means that information will come regarding this issue. Perhaps from a friend, because it's in the 11th house.
Would also like to point out the Sabian for the house of career: PHEASANTS DISPLAY THEIR BRILLIANT COLORS ON A PRIVATE ESTATE, which I think it's fortunate considering your question.
Same goes for Moon: A VAST PANORAMA OF SAND AND TIME IS UNFOLDING; THE PYRAMIDS AND THE SPHINX IN THEIR GLORY RISE BEFORE THE EYE.
I think overall the signs are optimistic. Hope other people will confirm this.
