Your reading was amazing and it made a huge amount of sense. I don't know if he has any problems with trust and loyalty with me, but I am incredibly insecure and I always think there are loyalty issues when there is no logical reason for me to suspect otherwise. It's a personal problem that I need to work on and get over.

There is some physical distance between us at this time, and I'm sure that's the reason for my insecurities. I used to be able to see him every night, and now it's once or twice a week at the most. Hopefully the distance issue will be resolved soon. Right now it's a waiting game for the place we are supposed to relocate to to be ready.

So my cards and your cards agree at least about the guy. I get the King of Swords, a Mercury/Gemini type, very clever and eloquent, a "lawyer" type of man who can argue any sides of the "truth" on any topic. So be aware not to put too much stock on his words. Look at his deed instead.
My next card is 5 of cups, a separation. That made me feel that perhaps this is a guy from your past. If not, this isn't a relationship that will last. You will step away from it with pain and remorse but determination that somethin better is around the corner.
The last card is Temperance and you are going to be making the most of this situation. It seems you (your soul) need to learn this lesson in order to become stronger and learn how to go through pain, as you will. Temperance shows that patience is needed too. well i think this can be someone from my past too, since another reading pointed in same direction, but i don't see anything like that in my spread. what i see is that he is someone i already know through my family. this is my assumption though. Anyways, this sounds more like i met someone with strong Gemini, i think he was Gemini rising, and we separated giving this soul lesson. So i think may be its him coming back and all, and even if he does I have no intention of letting him hurt me again.

thank you for the reading LBA! i sorta chuckled out of amusement when you mentioned the age difference. she just started college and i am finishing up so our timing isn't at all that convenient. we go to different schools so i never see her. and on top of that before she left for school she had a talk with her mom and concluded she wasnt ready for a relationship. which is fine because i by no means am not desperately looking for one.

i have been sending her random text at different intervals. when i dont get a response back i get pretty down because its almost like "ok, did she have a complete change of heart now and is ignoring me or is she just distracted?" and thats been happening more recently which makes me want to pull back and forget about the whole thing. any other advice you can give me from just those cards, like be more open, send more frequently, less, take a break, anything? for now i'm pretty much just going with the flow and only texting whenever it feels like i miss her... and that could be days or weeks... lol.

thank you again. i just wish i had some more guidance because this feels like a good thing! >_<

This makes a lot of sense for relationship, and the other one totally fits for job, now that I think about it. In my relationship, things do not feel settled as far as concrete steps toward further commitment, so you're right in that they are naive (Child). At the heart of it is an intense connection we've fostered for 10 years (Bear). This being an LDR, I can see improvements when we communicate regularly about more than mundane stuff (Rider).
