Just quickly you guys do have a strong tie of some sort. That is firstly indicated by the angle conjunctions. It pulls you together for sure. His NN is on your dsc which is even more impressive/fated. I can't say with confidence I know specifically what it means but I know when NN conjuncts something it's important. What immediately caught my eye is his Uranus/Pluto right on your Venus, which is intense and not easy. Your Venus opposite his Saturn (I'm not a big fan of saturn conflicts, personally). Your mercury and Uranus square his Venus, Sun trine his Venus. Uranus/Pluto trine your moon.
The Venus/Uranus aspects indicate a lot of stop start energy. It keeps things exciting but not necessarily stable. For some this is acceptable for others not so much. I would have to look at the natals for that one. It may also indicate a relationship where time apart is helpful. This also depends on the natals and what type of relationship each person is looking for and is comfortable with.
Venus opposite Saturn is hard. It's karmic, but hard. Saturn is usually the wet blanket and what they once loved you for seems to be what they end up disliking you for. Now the fact that you have saturn trine saturn (also karmic and tying) is a big plus. For one it helps stabilize that Uranus energy, and second it helps you two work together to deal with your problems in a positive manner. Indicative of good past lives together.
Sun trine Venus is just a good blend of ego boosting love, think Aphrodite sprinkling flowers over everything and making it look pretty and everyone oooing and aahing.
Uranus/Pluto trine your moon are nice too. In this case Uranus works with the moon to introduce it to knew ideas and concepts in a way that the moon can handle it. Keeping the emotions exciting. The Pluto just really ties in for that deep emotional stuff where it's like your souls are talking to eachother.
What I don't like is that his moon doesn't have any major aspects to it, and the same with his Sun and Merc. Also your mars and Pluto are not in major aspect with his planets. There may be some wider aspects but I'm just saying what I see.
If you're wondering if this is karmic, yes it is. Will it stick, looks that way too, at least for a while (I'm not God. I don't know everything, or very much for that matter). Will the relationship be smooth flowing, no but there seems to be the ability to work together positively.
