Wow, what a strong natal chart!!There are a lot of things that are popping up but I bet you can read any of the free reports on natal charts that lurk around on the web.
So I will pick the things that pop up to me and just keep in mind that this is not an exhaustive account of your chart, alright?
With Saturn in Scorpio I bet you are not one of the people who go without noticing! You are not only being noticed but also tend to be assigned responsibilities everywhere you go! Are you a 1st child or an only child in your family?
Neptune in the 12th is a great placement and in Libra, gosh, you are worse than me!! Do you have a soft spot for the weak, the poor, the outcast? Do you work in a hospital, an NPO or some such or would you drive of working in such places?
Pluto so close to your MC is no doubt another element of a strong natal chart. You have lots of up's and down's in your career and public picture. Leo demands recognition and if you don't get it well you're not happy and Pluto will make sure to open the door for you so you can seek a better place in life.
Another thing is that although you strike me as an introvert (you have all these serious planets in strong placements), I noticed that all your planets are above the horizon!! You are a true extrovert in your heart with an emphasis in Gemini (communication) and Cancer (family, rich emotional life).
Your Sun opposes your True Node and your True Node is below the horizon. Actualizing your self as a Sag in the 2nd house is rather hard but notice that such an achievement would make your Leo 10th house happy and your Jup, ruler of your 2nd in Sag, is in Leo.
You have some issues with being intellectual and "airy" with Chiron in Aqua in the 3rd house, which adds I think to the difficulty of actualizing your True Node in Sag.
All these make me ask you: have you managed to study and make something of yourself in the "life of the mind" or have you been bogged down by responsibilities and the daily grind of "serving" others? Hope this helps and resonates a bit :-)

Yes, I have pursued higher education and have not been laden down with responsibilty,only emotionally . feeling like I need to take care of people's emotions, particularly my mother, but it translated to other people from there.I am extroverted, by nature,very Gemini, but I have a lot of depth,too.

Which placements do you call serious? Saturn in Scorpio conj ASC and Pluto conjunct the MC. Do you call Neptune in the 12th serious, too?

No time for further look into this, sorry.
I am on and off all day.
BTW, I think I was misunderstood on my request for a reading; just speculating on individual transits (like Jup in my 4th) is not a reading of the chart really. There are just so many interconnections and it takes a good astrologer to see the prevailing pattern and put all this together eloquently and eliminating the secondary.
It was my mistake though. I should have been more careful in what I was looking for.
Thanks anyway and sorry but I cannot get into it further. It took me a long time to look in your chart and I looked in depth, but explaining every single line of my post will take further time, which I do not at present have. with gratitude,
