Ceri
Deja in 12
Nessus in 7

I have seen this in abusers. Their victim side is hidden, to them

However,Nessus in the 7th may make them find an abuser on the outside.

Anyway, the Deja in the 12th was in the chart of a Sociopath whom my friend dated.
Just a thought.

MAN
Pholus conj Venus
This may be our bad boy.

Pholus is the "ape in the China shop" asteroid,to me.
Pholus makes stuff go crazy.
I think this is the one who assumes things, acts on false assumptions, makes a huge mess, and walks away and blames others.

I think this is our Pholus.
What do you say,Ceri?

If so, Pholus would come out when he "loved" cuz it is on Venus.
Tell me what you think of this, Ceri.

May I ask where is this country he is from? I am very curious because that is just weird.

Sometimes, I find Cappy (me and a few of my close cappy friends) have weird sense of humor. We often say weird thing out of the blue to be witty but some people might think we are being rude/blunt.

Hmm, I like Pholus to be honest.
He plunges us into shocking transformations / changes, and usually we have no idea in what kind of whirlwind we have gotten into and then there is no turning back, but in my personal experience I came out of it with astounding insights and personal growth, spiritual skills etc.

He has been one reliable centaur to me. Karmic transformations, and usually you feel like being drunk with whatever happens and it just carries you away, but I haven`t had any experiences of being abused during Pholus-times.

I mean when someone has it conjunct Venus for example, in the natal.

He would be prone to transformations of his lovelife, but on its own this is not an "abuser-placement".

Actually Pholus was beside Chiron the only mildmannered gentle centaur.

he married late 30's ...and he broke his marriage after 15 years, when his mom got cancer...in fact he moved back to mom...he was just passing by his wife to check on her...and this went on for 4 years...

after he buried his mom...he isolated himself

never talked about the father who also died of cancer...i think his father treated him the way he treats me now

Even though it may be HIS behaviour, I doubt that this is the manifestation of Pholus.

His Ruler of 3rd house is squaring Neptune on the ASC, which rules his 4th house, if I see it right, and there seems to definitely be a problem with confused communications, delusions, assumptions etc, which seems to be fuelled from his family origin (4th house).

Ami,

interestingly in your chart Pholus is tightly conjunct Chiron, so I guess for you Pholus may be connected to your wound and the place that needs healing.

In my chart though, Pholus is conjunct Ceres and Jupiter, this seems to imply a different theme.

Ceri
That is so weird.I did not know I had Pholus conj Chiron. That is plain weird lol

I have my own picture of Pholus. It is of a person who swooshes in, makes all sorts of trouble and then blames other people.

So,I have Pholus as that but may be very wrong,of course.

Now, that Pholus aspects ME,I may have to change his description

Actually ,Ceri, this may sound weird, but I may do a "Pholus" with my pain.I think I do lol

I have so much pain and will do a Bull in a China shop with it---Oops.
I think I just saw that about Pholus and me.

Wow--I think Pholus could be a projectile. He just runs off with what he touches. You fly like a projectile and land, somewhere.

You may transform when you land but you have prolly ****** off a lot of people

Let me pose something to you.I am gonna blend my Pholus explanation with your planets.

OK,for me, Phlous takes my Chiron and makes a projectile in which I fly in a selfish way just trying to get my Chiron pain healed.
I see that and it is embarrassing but it is true lol

OK--for you,do you take unconditional love(Ceres) and Jupiter(optimism) and just throw them around?

It would be good, in this case,I suppose cuz they are wonderful planets.

Can you relate at all ?

the swooshing in part resonates with me.
But I don`t get where you get the "blame others" from?
This does not resonate with me at all, and I haven`t made that experience with Pholus so far.

I donīt know. Actually Pholus is not so much selfish,b ut gets caught up in a whirlwind of events that lead to personal transformation.
That is also true to the myth.

Funnily it seems that I share the Jupiter-Pholus-conjunction with Einstein. lol
Though Pholus is closer to Ceres than Jupiter for me.

no I do not think Pholus is a symbol of "throwing around".

Yes,Ceri
THAT is exactly what I do with Pholus conjunct Chiron. I am not trying to be selfish but I am in so much pain that I just explode with it and there is usually some fall out.
I just get in to a whirl wind with the pain.
I understand Pholus,now.

For you,it it touches Ceres, you would be abounding in Ceres, which would be good,

However,I think Pholus may make you TOO giving, too nurturing.

Is that one of your lessons from your family?
Do you have to go overboard with Ceres to see that you were TOO Ceres like?

I don`t think I am too nurturing, actually I usually am striving for keeping my boundaries intact, sometimes too much. Actually if someone asks me to do something, anything, my first and instincctual reaction is "No".
I am quite selfish with my time.
BUT usually I then find myself doing the things asked of me anyway. lol
Not all, sometimes I am very stubborn (Moon in Aquarius in 2nd house, very fixed, and it is on the midpoint of Sun/Pluto).

Ceres also relates to food and physical nurturing, and that is definitely something I have to develop some stronger boundaries in. Especially with them being in Pisces.
Also very interesting to note that Jupiter and Ceres had been having a daughter together (thus have been having an affair before), and this daughther happens to be persephone/ proserpina, being abducted by Pluto later on.
And Pluto is exactly inconjunct my Ceres.
Persephone is opposing my Jupiter by 2 degrees and my Ceres by 4 degrees.

Not sure how this myth in my chart is related to Pholus though.

Your description of how you experience Pholus makes much sense I think. Have you read the article I posted in the Pholus thread in the asteroid forum?

I very much relate to Pholus as being a catalyst.

I have not read the article,yet. Ceri,I KNOW I get Pholus,for me.
It is a catalyst for what it touches, very true.
For me, it makes me take that Chiron and just explode with it. I did that on here,as you know.
I did not mean to be selfish and I wanted to help other people, too, but I was just in so much pain that Pholus in addition to it made me explode like projectile diahheria

I did it,recently, too, so I see that my Chiron finds VOICE with my Pholus.

Your over eating may be your Pholus finding voice through your Ceres(nurturing)

Man, that makes sense to me. What do you think?
