Im in a non-commited relationship that I would love to see go further, and I don't think he feels the same way as I do. I looked up my birth chart and found out that venus is the ruler of my 7th house, libra is ruler of the 7th cusp. I also have venus, moon, saturn, and pluto in the 7th house. In my 8th house I have sun & uranus. The guy Im totally in love with sun, mercury, and pluto all fall in my seventh house. Moon in my second. Venus, jupiter, saturn, in my 6th house. Mars, and uranus in my 8th house. And his neptune in my 9th house. His pluto also conjuncts my moon, and venus. Sextiles my jupiter and mercury and is also in low aspect to my ascendant. Can anybody explain what this means please. You need to post the image links to your chart. Also, when you say "libra is the ruler of the 7th", you mean Venus. Libra is the sign, the ruler of a sign is a planet. You refer to rulers as planets that rule a sign in the cusp of a house. Try again with photo images of your individual charts and your synanstry and more people will chime in to help.
