Topic: Could someone please give me a reading? Someone wants me to sing on a track

I know a guy that I went to school that recently came out with an album..Right now I guess hes currently in the process of another one and had a status on FB asking if there are any female singers out there that could audition for a hook.. My friend trying to be funny said, Sarah! (we jokingly sing all the time to each other on the phone).
Singing is what I really love to do. If I could do it as a profession I would..
Problem is I lack the confidence to ever try out for American Idol, etc (really its the feeling of rejection)
I dont even know if I am any good. I would like to think I am but I dont want to be too proud.
The guy sent me a message explaining what he wanted but Im still scared...
Could someone please give me some kind of reading advising me?
I just started runes and dont think I am anywhere near trying to get a answer for this..

Last Sunday, I met up with two friends in the park, I was on guitar, one friend on other guitar and other guy on drum.We played until it got dark about three hours of just jamming.. such a blast.. Sarah; if you love to do it then sing!
Don't worry about if you feel you are good enough or not good enough yet, learn and develop into the singer you want to become Just do it. I could draw runes or tarot for you, but my intuition tells me that I don't need to..! make sure the music is in a key you are comfortable singing with and best of luck IP: Logged |

I'm having the hardest time choosing a song though.
Not sure if my voice was off today or I'm being overly critical of myself or if I'm just too nervous but everything I did I just dislikedIP: Logged |
