Pluto sq ASC and Sun conj Merc---that close, imo. Can I ask you about this? Please, tell me who you feel both of these aspects. I know people with each of them and I would like to try to feel them. Thank you!------------------

Wondering if Pluto is on MC or IC. If on IC, probably tougher.Anyway, it is not a single aspect that I look at. But in general, do you feel your Mars being toughest to control/manage? 2 squares from the personals and quincunxes from the outer, seem quite unsupported IP: Logged |

Well looking at the whole thing, it appears my Mars is the most afflicted. But I'm not sure how an afflicted Mars pans out in life. I guess I am generally lazy and discouraged.IP: Logged |

Quincunx is good. It is the only "hard" aspect that has flexibility to morph in to a whole new thing.------------------

Lack of action/energy would be one of the possible demonstration of an afflicted Mars - ie inhibited drive. Another way of afflicted Mars would be quite the opposite: an aggressive Mars, with no proper way to channel the energy. IP: Logged |

Maybe if you can put up your natal chart so we could see the signs and houses of your Mars and those planets hitting your Mars, it would be easier to interpret the dynamics

Moonpie, Dont know how old you are, but maybe you are still young, and the quincunxes (which means the two planets do not understand each other) still do not have the necessary integration to morph into sth new. Maybe that's why you might feel what you want and expect is quite far away from reality or from others around you. As a result, you feel blocked or unmotivated to get moving (like you dont want to go with the crowd, but you are not sure how you can do it your way) IP: Logged |

Does look like your Mars is afflicted, cos hard aspects, plus a loner. But Sun/Mer is hard too (conj & sq Mars) Do you think a lot more than you do? (Sun close conj Mers makes you analyze/over-analyze every thing you want to do) Do you get restless and impatient cos you have a lot you want to do, but just cannot get moving? Sun/Mer/Mar are all in mutable, so they do not get moving themselves nor can they persist. They are better at adapting when things happen to them.
But you have a strong sun (Leo Asc), so you really want to show your will/person, and when you cannot act on it, you get frustrated. Is that how you feel?

Your Piscean Sun/Mer sextile Uranus/Neptune. Do you have independent and creative thoughts and good intuition? Are you easily bored too?How does technical arts sound to you? (eg computer graphics)

To get into action, I think we can look at your Venus. It is in cardinal and firy Aries and sextiling Aquarius (fixed) saturn to give it staying power. Even the squares to cardinal Neptune & Uranus might be good for getting you stimulated enough to move.

haha you are dead on for most things. Most people need time alone for themselves but I take it up a notch. I'm very much the loner. Sun close conj Mercury- I am introverted and do think a lot until sometimes I get stressed over it. I am a slave to my thoughts. Ive always been a deep thinker in my teens, thinking about stuff a 40 year old would and still have agonizing thoughts in my early 20's now. My intuition defines me. Before I knew about Astrology or anything I knew I was able to read situations and people well. Venus square Neptune should be a major aspect for me. Everybody fantasies but I do this a lot more than I should and I do get caught up in it. This aspect is adding fuel to my already otherworldly dreamy Pisces Sun.
I wouldn't say I'm the most creative. I do have some creative thoughts but never apply them to anything. I usually prefer routines and can get bored easily but its more of wanting more because of always of being unsatisfied.
edit: Thanks yting, that is the best interpretation I have read. I liked how you made me understand the aspects well.

Does look from your chart you are better working alone Jupiter in 12H. But you have your major planets in the houses for relating (4H-9H, esp a strong 7H), so understanding others, reading them and knowing how to make them click could be a strength of yours. You seem to prefer routine because 6H is routine/daily work and you have Saturn in it, sextiling Venus, meaning you do take your responsibilities seriously. You just dont go out to get responsibilities yourself, but you will do them right when assigned to you. Actually with Aries venus and the active aspects, you are probably more proactive, more fun-loving/childlike and spontaneous in love relationships than you would in work. Maybe if you can find sth you love or some venusian work pursuits (that should be fun + creative + changing), you will have more initiative to work on them and feel more satisfied. With NN in capricorn in 6H, and saturn conj it, regular work is your current lifetime's goal/lesson to learn if you are to achieve satisfaction With your personality profile, I am thinking creative project based work that you can work alone on, but in formal job/employment arrangement (not freelancing) could fit the bill IP: Logged |
