Some times people start charts and do not come back. I do not want to spend time on a chart, if this is the case. The only way I know if you want me to look is if you bump them!

I started bumping charts. Then, I realized that some people may not come back, so why should I spend time on their charts. Please, keep yours bumped so I see it.
