Asteroids can keep one busy, forever. There are , always, new ones to learn. There are,always, exciting ways that the asteroids play out in charts. The asteroid Lucifer is the story of pride. The” myth” asteroids follow the myths from which they are derived. One must hone down the myth to a few central themes. Then,one has the meaning to which one may apply the chart. Lucifer wanted to be number one. He was the most beautiful being ever created. He was not an ugly creature, as some people surmise. He had illuminating beauty such that one ‘s breath would be taken away. Lucifer wanted to be God. Lucifer saw men worship God and he wanted the worship for himself. He rebelled against God. That was not a wise move and it sealed his fate, forever. His final destination is the Lake of Fire. Pride brought Lucifer to this. He was not happy with his portion. He wanted all the power and all the glory. As such, he fell to nothing. The asteroid Lucifer, in the chart, will show where you have inordinate pride

My mother said I was always an old man when I was a kid.

I didn't really rebel or get into trouble at all. In 5th grade, the principal told me I was the best behaved kid in the entire school. My mother was (and still is) very cold emotionally, and has a very short temper. The littlest thing can set her off, so I, even to this day, am very anxious about setting her off. That played out in childhood by making me act "mature." Really, I was just afraid of setting her off.

My parents also split when I was really young and I got caught in the middle of their messy divorce, so that situation definitely made me grow up much sooner than I probably should have.

I have just discovered this asteroid. There are over 2000 asteroids, so one must go, slowly, in trying to understand them. Xion was the first murderer in Greek Mythology. The interesting this to me, about him, was that he had chances to repent and did not. He died unrepentant. He is associated with dark things like lust that goes out of control. The chart I was doing that brought Ixion to my attention, had Ixion conjunct Lilith. Lilith is raw sexuality. It is the chart of a female child molester. Lilith is a very powerful asteroid reflecting the power of primal sexuality. It is mind boggling that Lilith conjunct Ixion could be in the chart of a female child molester. The charts never lie. The only weak link is the reader.

Sedna is an asteroid with a haunting story. In fact, since I studied it, a few weeks ago, I can’t get it out of my mind. Many people have lives similar to Greek tragedies. Sedna was a beautiful young girl living at the home of her father. A man came to court her. He appeared to be the ideal man, with good manners, a stable job, and a good appearance. She married him . Instead of a lovely home, she was put in a cold hut that smelled of fish. He turned in to a monster. She tried to run away, back to her father. Her husband had godlike powers, as is the case with myths. Her husband stirred up the winds. Her father was afraid and tried to escape, by boat. Sedna saw her father escaping and tried to swim up to the boat. Her father cut off her fingers, as she tried to climb in. She fell to the bottom of the sea , where she died. A female child molester had Sedna conjunct Nessus. For those of you who don’t know about Nessus. Nessus is the asteroid of the abuser. The degree to which you desire to abuse will be shown by your Nessus placement.You are not fated to abuse. That is a choice. However, with Nessus conjuncts Sedna, I would interpret it like this. That person may use his own betrayal to abuse someone else . With the female child molester, this was the case, down to the tee. One constant in Astrology, for me, is how accurate it is. Astrology led me to God. How else can we explain the unerring accuracy?
