Sun & Mars both cardinal signs in 6H in Cancer, caring/health/service? How does the medical profession sound to you?
MC in Scorpio and ruler of 10H in 10H being Pluto.You are likely ambitious and would like power. So may be a large organization with room to move up (e.g. large hospital as opposed to small clinic)

You have even distribution of cardinal, fixed and mutable energy. So that should give you flexibility to lead and to follow, persist and adapt (though I expect you to prefer to lead)

Uranus in 1H. You could be erratic, but it being in its ruled sign Aquarius could also be use for innovation and quick adaptability.

But you do have a t-sq of Saturn squaring both your Asc and Sun, so whatever you do, be careful not to be over-critical of yourself and be more gracious in accepting certain setbacks and failures before success. Usually t-sq means high energy, so once you can overcome that self-failure/disheartened feeling, you would likely have strong drive to push ahead, esp when you have fair share of fixed planets to help you persevere

In any case, you are still very young. Just explore various options, and learn what you can about conventional knowledge, life experience and yourself. Then I believe you will find your direction soon enough.

As I say, dont be too harsh on yourself. You are at an age to learn from trial and error. Dont limit your chance to try just because you are afraid of errors

Can I ask you a question about Saturn in the 3rd? is it very hard for you to make small talk lol?
More specifically, I have had the experience with friends with this placement that they go on and on about minute details to the point where I have to say something. Then, they will say that it is out of nervousness. What do you think?

Yes, you love to communicate as your Moon is in the 3rd.It may be a hard road as Saturn is there but Saturn rewards if you persist. Pluto in the 10th could make upheavals with career, also.

Yes! I usually talk a lot and blab on and it oftens annoys people, lol. I can't just talk for a little bit without going to my interests and talking about it for hours and hours. :P
