I'm madly, deeply and totally in love. It happened so instantly and so suddenly, we both were shocked. Its been 12 days and we are still on a high. I feel like he is my personal brand of drug and I'm not hitting my feet on earth for at least next 2-3 months (Yes, he has that effect on me) and its mutual.I was curious to see what must have caused this. I mean what has blown me off my feet? Anything in particular standing out in my transits or progressed planets?
The date is the date when I we officially admitted to each other than we are in love with each other and boy was my heart beating  Transits

I would rather look at your synastry but on your natal+transits you had T Saturn, ruler of your 5th, in Libra, the natural relationship partner, and T Venus, ruler of Libra (and of your 2nd), transiting your 5th.
Have you guys met through some type of work/service/money-related activity? T Uranus is also in your 7th the natural home of Libra opposite your 2nd house IN Libra.
I remember having seen this coming up for you in a previous analysis. You have good chances for it continuing with T Pluto hitting your 5th (though not in the near future) and, well before that, T Venus conj your N Mars in the 5th (great sex appeal).

Interestingly, he is a Libra and we don't know his birth time. This is very surprising you put 6th house up for meeting because this is exactly what my card reading showed me that I will meet my next romance through 6th house related activity but honestly speaking neither of us remember how we got added into each other's contact list back in 2008 and how we lost touch and how we got back in touch and fell head over heels with each other.
