Hello all,

Happy New year to you all, hoping you all had a lovely festive period. I had a wonderful time with my family but returned to the sad news that my counsellor/therapist had died very suddenly of a heart attack. So sad. I didn't realise how sad I would feel. She was such a lovely lady and had helped me through so much.

Makes you realise how short life is, it can be gone in a moment.
