Tried that , but no luck, i am not that computer saffy...
Can you write down the details , time etc, date, place, etc, and i draw the chart on my own software and have a look tonight for you, am going to work now . Cheers

Applying trine between you and buyer, Sun trine Saturn, Moon trine saturn, wide orb, but it is there.

Saturn last degree, Saturn exalted in libra.
Moon under the beams of the sun, is good,
Mars at a standstill, going retrograde , this could mean that you don’t feel that you have the upperhand, or that you withdraw maybe from the process, it is a weakness in the chart in relation to taking action.
Mercury square saturn,you might need to lower your price,
Your main significator, sun, not that strong, detriment, the buyer, is in a stronger position , in exaltation,.
Neptune in 7, be vigilant with the other party, things might not seem as they appear.
To sum it up, you will sell your house, probably for a lower price than you like,
Because the orb is quite wide, it might not be that soon, i am hopeless with timing, so excuses for that.But i give it a shot. There is 20 degrees between the moon and saturn, so maybe 20 weeks , or maybe 20 months, i hope for you the first.

Tofu, thank you very much for your answer. All your comments are very relevant to my situation. I am selling my house because I have been relocated, so I do not really want to sell my house but I have to. The agents and people know than when I get my visa I will be in a hurry... They will have advantage to set the price!! I hope however 0that I will send it in 20 days :-)

You are welcome, i hope for you it is sold in 20 days or so, to judge the timing is my weak point as even if i follow the rules in that regards for horary it seldom works out , so fingers crossed for you.
