Aren't your sigs Mercury and Saturn?

Saturn is in the 2nd which I think is good but it's retro and near the end of the house which indicates change of mind and change of conditions.

Saturn does have an applying aspect with the moon and venus (if you are female) and separating with sun (if male).

Saturn is exhalted and Mercury is Angular... both good I think but again, Saturn is Rx and Mercury is opposite (separating) Mars Rx and I think those are both unfortunate conditions.

The moon is conjunct Venus (assuming you are female again), both in the 8th house but I think that is just indicating your great desire in the financial aspect of this situation turning out well. Venus is in detriment which makes your position in this matter weak, I think. That they are less than one degree conjunct and that they are applying may be a fortunate situation, but I am not certain.

Hopefully others will comment here. I tried to answer because I saw there were none yet but there are others who have been studying horary much longer than me so they will probably see things I did not see or give a more concrete answer. Good luck and please let us know how things turn out

Well, I am a little unclear about things like that too. I assumed H6 made more sense because you asked specifically about the job, and not the boss or career/public image.

I find choosing the house the hardest part of horary in some cases.

I think I would still go with H6 just based on how you presented the question.

Maybe you can re-ask the question in another way focusing on the house placement as well. I have heard that you should decide the house you will use before asking the question in cases where there is a gray area determining the house.
