I think he will still be 7th because all relationship questions are 7th.I will give it a try but I am just learning horary... so here is something anyway...

Moon is in the Via combusta- not good- disasterous results
Saturn separated from Venus- probably just talking about your past separation
your main significators (sun and saturn) touch and apply but bQ is not standard so I dunno what to think of it... I think it's not significant enough to give you a yes
his sig is rx and heading twd a new house- indicating a change of mind and change of circumstances
his sig is very slow moving, so I think he is not as interested in this as you
your sig is in the 8th house, so I think you are deeply interested in this
you could also be Venus in the 9th... are you in a different country from him? you seem very far apart in distance
the ruler of your hopes (11) is also in the 8th... you deeply want something profound with him
