Could someone explain these to me? I'm a total noob and the extent of my knowledge involves only knowing about sun/moon/rising signs. I've peaked in at some of the beginner articles, but I'm still pretty lost. Just curious as I've been trying to comprehend what they mean in my chart: IP: Logged |

the major aspects are conjunct, square, opposite, sextile, and trinetrine and sextile are harmonious aspects square and opposition are hard aspects and conjunction can either be harmonious or hard you have a grand trine with moon, jupiter/venus, and saturn/neptune....thats a major harmonious aspect, but you may feel that things have to be easy or that you take the easy road out or you may take the easy road you have sun trine pluto which gives you a lot of power, very nice placement and you also have mars exalted in capricorn which is a very good placement for it you have a lot of trines which worries me a little...hard aspects make you work for something, makes an honest person out of yourself and with too many trines could indicate a law breaker you also have an 8th house stellium so that area of life is strongest for you and last but not least, welcome to LL!!! ------------------ the better the chase, the better the reward

a stellium is when you have at least 3 planets in the same sign and the same house, you have 4, and it influences your life the most as well...for you its the 8th house so it would be things like sex, death, transformations etc.------------------ the better the chase, the better the reward IP: Logged |

Hi Anna,A stellium is when 3 or more planets were in the same sign and house at the time you were born. Given how big the sky is and how much room there is for the planets to spread around, I think its so cool when planets are near each other in a chart! If you think that one planet in a sign has a certain effect, try having 3 or 4 in the same sign - and you really put some oomph in to the effects of that sign on your chart! Like I said in your other topic, try reading: http://www.bobmarksastrologer.com/TOClessons.htm he is brilliant and I think it will really help ------------------ ~ Rachel If I offended you, I'm sorry. If I pleased you, I'm glad If I have hurt you, will you forgive me? If I did nothing to you, I'm sad. IP: Logged |

Just a quick newbie question - although chiron isn't a planet, if it is placed with two planets in the same house is this of some significance, while not being a stellium? I have Mercury, Moon and Chiron in my 7th house (Aries). IP: Logged |

Great question. I don't know much about the "great healer." But I think you would treat it the same way?IP: Logged |
