I found that his North Node was conjunct my Venus at 2 degrees, and my North Node was conjunct his Mars at 3 degrees.

Is there any significance to these aspects? Do they increase the strength of the relationship? I know aspects involving the personal planets tend to be important in synastry, but I'm not sure what significance it has in this case.

I looked them both up and found a little information but I was wondering if any one had any more in depth answers as to what they mean (like what the North Node gets versus what Venus gets etc.)
