Ok RAS so I pulled 4 cards for you surrounding this as follows...

Immediate past - Romantic feelings. So it looks like yes, his feelings were turning to romance in connection with you.

If he's in a relationship then yes, he's probably trying to respect the boundaries of that and good on him... doesn't stop him from having been attracted to you though does it? In fact if he is attracted (which it definitely sounds like he is) then the reason he's not contacted would seem to be because he knows if he does it's liable to turn into flirting which would be unfair to his gf. Possibly doesn't trust himself to keep things platonic with you.

I would think the 'retreat' card is for you to decide what and whom you really want - if this guy is with someone now then obviously he's off limits but I also get the feeling this isn't the last you'll hear. Take some time away from the question and wait and see. I don't mean wait for him specifically but just hone in on what you really want from a relationship and a partner... do some Cosmic ordering and then sit back and see what happens

Yeah I think best that he didn't 'blur' those boundaries. That way if anything does begin between you it'll be from a place of honesty rather than out of deceit. Always best in the long run
