Hi,
Thank you for your help! I am waiting to hear back from 2 more schools (both are in California). If I don't get in I plan on going to film school in New York City. However, the school in NYC requires a deposit this week and there is a possibility that I will not receive a response from the Cali schools for another few weeks.
I'm posting my natal chart. I'm not sure how to do a horary/relocation chart but I appreciate all feedback in helping me make this tough time sensitive decision. Or if anyone can do a tarot reading I would greatly appreciate that too!
My mom did a reading for me but I didn't get a conclusive answer

under the disclaimer that I am not a Pro I will offer you my five cents:
- there are some basic rules that need to be taken into account in order to interpret a horary chart. One of them is the Asc to not be in the first 0-3 degrees=It is too early to tell or in the last 27-29=You already know.

The Asc in your chart is 0,24...

It's true that it is very early, but I usually read the charts anyway... just keep the early part in mind.

First of all you have a cardinal cross so things are happening very quickly.

The main significators are Mars and the Moon if you use H1 and H9 for higher learning.... but I think there are other houses that other people would consider, such as 3rd for the contract of being accepted- then the main significators would be Mars and Venus.

Nothing is really applying well to any of the main sigs or co-sigs, and the main sigs are a little weak, except the moon which is quite strong both by sign and position, but the course of the moon is not good- it's only applying factor is Uranus- which would probably indicate a negative response in this case.

NN is in the 9th which is a pos factor- aiding higher education...

OH and another thing to keep in consideration is that Saturn is Rx and in the 7th house- this is a direct indicator that your chart readers are not going to be able to accurately read your chart....

Anyway, it's early, so you should probably ask the question again when some circumstances have changed.

I am not sure what it means anyway but Mars just entered your 6th and is applying to a quincunx to Uranus in your 1st. I think you need to look into the meaning of this... It keeps jumping out at me like something unexpected is going to happen... hoping it's not your health.

I'm not going to read the horary because of the strictures and also because horary isn't my area of expertise. I find transits more telling anyway. That said, I see $$ issues in the horary too, but since moon is voc and early ac, I don't put too much stock in it.
