Your second question, is he falling in love? i looked at the 5th house for a change, there is a trine from his venus to your Saturn , but Venus is going R and the aspect is moving away, it doesn’t become full, together with the VOC Moon, i would say there are some obstacles, Jupiter in 5 burned by the Sun, so might not be able to do much. Moon in Capricorn is not happy either, in detriment, Venus going R in a few days, that is not helpful in starting new relationships . If i look at the seventh house than his significator is in your house, but in detriment, voc, so also difficult, he might be interested with his moon in your house, but if that is strong enough for more development as in a relationship i doubt it. But in the meantime , get to know each other, have fun, try to enjoy yourself without focusing on the future, and ask again in 3 to 6 months time. Venus has gone straight then and that would help with every romance.

yes!the second question is horary and the first the event

i know with venus retro...isn't good and i don't want to hurry
his 5th house ruled by mars in horary(trine asc) :/ venus is my 5th house
