I'm trying really hard to read it and follow the steps I found on some website when it comes to love horary, but it's still confusing. I don't know what conjuncts or goes well together (planets) and it's so confusing, I'm trying really hard.

It says The Moon should represent me. The Moon is in house 12th so that says my feelings for him are not yet revealed or are kept secret (that's correct), then it says The Sun should represent him. Uranus is ruler of Aquarius, where the moon is. What do the green dashes signify?? They lead from Uranus to Mars

The Sun is in Taurus..Mars in 7th negative aspect to neptune? Idk (just saying what I sort of know). I think that may mean something negative not too sure. Or could it mean he's sexually attracted to me? Mars being a sexual/male planet? The Sun and moon are in good aspect from what I can see with my newbie self..is there an attraction?

Just wondering. We're both in relationships and I'm not interested in being in a relationship with him just asking if he actually likes me or just doesn't..

For horary you should use Regonotimus house method

Since you are the querent. You are represented by the ruling sign of the ascendant, Pisces.

In horary traditional rulers apply so you are represented by Jupiter.

Your partner or proposed romantic partner etc is represented by the sign of the descendent in this case virgo which has mercury as its ruler.
