No, Rosalind, I do not get any sense from my intuitive reading or my interpretation of these cards, that He is the One. I do, however, get a very clear picture from this reading in all manner of readings I've done, that his presence in your life will be course-altering in a positive way. It just won't always "feel" positive. You two could do well (if at all possible - clearly you have chemistry and have connected in a way that impacts you both) to sustain a life-long friendship in which you both learn from eachother. I appreciate that - all day I had kind of a bummed feeling like I let you down...but I know your lonely fate all too well...I think we share a similar path. I hold out hope that someday there will be someone perfect for all of us - but until that day comes...it's easy to get caught in the passion of those who resemble that One.
