I don't live in this property so this people are not my neighbors and I see them as enemies as they were hostile and weird right from the beginning, they are low class territorial hill billies and we are the types to respect peoples rights, space, be nice and keep to ourselves. I would say therefore that these people are represented by the 7th house as the 7th house rules enemies. 7th cusp is in aries and has planet uranus in it so mars and uranus can represent the troublemakers. My husband and I are represented by the first house which is in libra so we are presented by venus and saturn as saturn exalted in libra is landing in the first cusp.

I think we are all just having trouble figuring out what it is you are asking exactly with this chart... and that is probably why Rx Saturn turned up in the first house showing inability or delay in judging the chart accurately.

11th house is your wishes (sun) it is not aspecting you significantly...

Ultimately as well, both significators of you are Rx indicating that you are going to have a change of heart or change of circumstances in the whole matter anyway...

Also, the moon is applying to a lot of the outer planets in a negative way... so this means that there will be some challenges beyond your control yet to come...

I do get the feeling that it's going to be an emotional end, given the position of the moon...

4th house rules your land: Pluto Rx & Saturn Rx

Why do I get the feeling that although it is an emotional thing for you that touches deep wounds and confuses you/deceives you, you are probably going to get rid of this land cuz in the end, it's just not worth it... :-(

I think this means we will turn things around in our favor bc we are more clever and educated than they are, which we are. We are in this mess bc they are stupid.

mercury biquintile saturn further supports this and the ascendent/mercury/jupiter grand trine and saturn trine venus.

3rd house opposes mercury by one orb that could represent the poor communication between us resulting from their very poor approach to this whole situation.

The rumor is represented by the 3H lord which is Mars. Mars also rules your 7H of open enemies & sits in your 12H of hidden enemies. This is pretty descriptive of the situation. They who started this rumor are indeed hidden from you.

Mars is in Virgo, in Venus' fall. It's also in her triplicity, term & face. This implies that they do dislike you. However, there's something they are very receptive to. It's likely they've mixed opinions about you. It could also mean you've more power over them than you think you do.

The Moon's next aspect is a sextile to Mars. If the Moon sits in an angle & aspects the lord of the 7H, the querent will have the worst.
