The fact that she is the moon and in H1 makes me feel that she is genuine, especially since she makes no aspect with either of your significators.

Given that you are both female, either one of you could be Venus, if it is her, she is in H12, the house of sorrow. She's not in your H12, but her own, she's in your H6, house of servitude and health. Perhaps she feels below you.

The moon is in the state of change, moving from her H7 to H8... I feel like your friend is probably genuine with you but she is probably trying to mask her own sorrow and is therefore coming off as the cold, detached Aquarius that she is situated in. But also, moving into the serious H8 makes me feel again like she is affected by this deeply and is simply hiding it from you.
