For you:

I did a few readings to try to get a good feel for whats going on. I see some restrictions and problems. I got hierophent rev/chariot rev with final outcome being king of wands. I'm wondering if he's a fire sign and that represents him. If not than it could be some other person or he may turn into a workaholic.
For the follow up I got 5 of cups/3 of cups & outcome 10 of cups rev. So its possible that you go together but it doesn't live up to your expectations and its somewhst fleeting or superficial.

No it seems that you two arent meant to be together romantically, it would bring you some hardships, its as though life would be against it somehow. You come out as a very strong nurturing woman, so it wont cause you too many challenges....there is someone out there who is more for you

I asked would you start dating and those cards came out peach, it seems there is opposition to you being with him romantically, but what you say here is a part of if yes. It doesnt mean you cant date him, if you want a lot of challenges and of course if he wants the same thing?
