Think you're not getting much response due to the vague wording of the question. Did you mean your 8H cusp is -conjunct- Algol? If so, by how close? Less than 3* degree orb? Or is Algol simply -in- your 8H, but making no significant aspects?

Clarify.

It's okay. You can't get much info because Algol, though, yes, very unfortunate, is NOT one of the Royals, and therefore, a VERY tight orb is used - 1* to 2* degrees. Truth is, MILLIONS of people will have the position of Algol conjunct their 8H cusp. Fixed Stars are 'activated' when a significant point hits them by close conjunction at birth. These days, that doesn't even include asteroids. Not even Chiron.

Unless you have any significant planets IN the 8H, conjunct Algol, it doesn't apply.

Regarding the astrological part of the problem the orb accepted for Algol can reach up to 6 degrees, because of the negave influence of the star. The significance of caput Algol refers mainly to primitive female sexuality, strangling, beheading, danger to throat, crime, violence, mass catastrophe. It is the most evil star, with traits like those of Saturn / Jupiter.
In times of minimum brightness, Algol is weakened, and this 2 hours can be used to work magic, especially if the ruler of the chart is the same as the ruler of the planetary time."
