I see Saturn is in the 7th but given that I left and took a flight to stay with my parents and nearly broke up until that idea gave him a panic attack and is a relationship question that this chart can still be read:

Don't bother asking the question again unless something drastic changes in reality. Once the question is asked, no other chart will work to give a correct answer if the chart you've gotten is "radical" (meaning valid).

I haven't looked at this one yet but all Saturn Rx will mean for us is that there will be delay, misunderstandings in reading/interpreting the chart, or an inability to accurately read the chart.
I don't mind still trying to read it, but yes, Saturn Rx in that house could make my reading unreliable.

Don't worry too much about Rx as there will usually be at least one rx planet in every chart, given that planets are always going direct and rx all the time.

Saturn is also ruling his house of home(also Pluto in this one), romance, children, recreational sex... so I'm guessing that if any of these topics had anything to do with the promise... I would guess he is not going to keep them.

Neptune is Rx and on the cusp leaving the house of romance/recreational sex and children/creativity and moving into his house of work, daily routine, health, employees... another indication that he will go back on whatever promise he made if they are the nature of these topics.

I'm not seeing anything really favorable in this chart. But whatever is going to happen, it looks like this will end fairly quickly- or you will know the real answer quickly.

Things that I don't really know exactly what to think about but I also don't think are good omens. The moon is in the 12th house, so I hope this is just your wondering about the secrets going on. But your main sig is also in his 12th house... Maybe you are in this house because he is causing you so much sorrow and you literally feel imprisoned or like you are going crazy because of this. Mars because you are so angry. In Virgo because you are so hurt.

I don't know if you're married to him or not, but if there could possibly be a divorce... I like that you have Jupiter in your second and the North node in 8th. Those are both very good placements for money as well as your partners money for you. Hopefully it means that if you do have a divorce you will be financially good from the situation. Not sure though... just guessing from those two points

Now that I look a little more at Jupiter, it makes me wonder what it is for you. Jupiter is truth, children, judges, etc... it is at an extremely critical degree in this chart. It is desperate for change. It is ruling your 9th and 12th houses. The way I see these two houses connected is through the law: law/judges and prisons/institutions, but also in spirituality: truth and karma, truth and sorrow. Jupiter is in your house of values, what is important to you.
