Ruler of 1st (Pisces) - Jupiter is in 1st house. Neptune in 11th house Cap.
Ruler of 2nd (Aries) - Mars is in 11th house [Cap]

Yes ur 1st house starts with ur asc. Yes aqua is ur rising. Only I'm not sure how u got the rest...pisces isn't the 1st house. If it was u would have a pisces asc. Only u don't by ur chart.H1 aqua. Ruled by uranus so that's ruler of that house. Also ur chart ruler
H2 pisces (ruler of ur 2nd house is neptune)
H3 aries (ruler of 3rd house is mars)
H4 taurus (ruler of 4th house is venus)
H5 gemini (ruler of 5th is mercury)
H6 cancer (ruler of 6th house is the moon)
H7 leo (ruler of 7th house is the sun)
H8 virgo (ruler of 8th house is mercury)
H9 libra (ruler of 9th house is venus)

Hmm interesting. Ur chart u posted said u have saggi on ur MC not scorpio. I wonder y that is cuz I just followed ami anne's directions. And I c u used equal housing so there shouldn't b any intercepted houses. This is beyond my knowledge. Just remember, whatever sign is at the beginning of where a house starts (the cusp), its ruling planet is the ruler of that house. I hope other ppl chime in. Yeah post using the placidus. The way it was explained to me is it doesn't really matter which housing system u use, just go with what is more accurate for u. Some ppl swear by equal (linda goodman used equal) and I've heard others swear only by placidus. I haven't decided which one I wanna use. Equal was just easier for me. IP: Logged |

It's interesting bc in equal my sun/mercury would be in my tenth house. With placidus I don't have any tenth house planets. Which is weird for me because I do well with work. My Sun/Mercury and POF are conjunct my MC either way IP: Logged |

Ok. Here's the thing. U have the same thing goin on that I do. In placidus u have some intercepted houses and ur house rulers change. Not a big deal and its not a right/wrong situation. Its whichever fits u. There's some truth to it bc when I searched info on my different house cusps, placidus seems to fit me better. But these r ur charts not mine. So here's what I did empress. I sat down and self taught myself how to finally read a chart wheel and I did ur rulers for each housing system. So I'm gonna give them each to u along with a link for a site that has some good info and u can go thru and read them at ur convenience. Ok here goes...IP: Logged |

I did it, woo hoo. Although that asc/1st house thing is kind of confusing (well it was) that's why i had to move all my signs up one on the listWell, it varies from yours a bit because I see some in 9th when they should be in 10th, etc..but I'll look at every list and see which ones fit me better. Yes ur jupiter falls in ur 1st house. Either chart. At the beginning of ur 1st house, the cusp is aqua. It does change sign and go into pisces as u go thru that house but that's ok. Cuz that's where jupiter falls. Remember the cusp is just the start of a house. The sign where that house 1st begins. That's what u use to determine house rulers. On both chart wheels u still have aqua rising and jupiter still falls in the 1st house. If u look at the wheel, both the ones u posted, and u look at the black lines that come out from the circle in the middle, look closely at that 1st house. Its got a 1 between the two black lines representing the borders of that 1st house. U will c the symbol for jupiter within them. Even tho jupiter is in pisces, that's ok don't worry about that. Pisces starts in the middle of ur 1st house but its not on the cusp. Jupiter is most definitely in ur 1st house by those chart wheels.IP: Logged |

I doubled checked those figures b4 I posted them but I also had a close look at the chart wheels.
