You AC/MC lunar return ruler is indeed Mercury retro in Leo 12th house. Maybe you'll feel isolated, spend more time alone? The Mercury also goes into your 6th natal house. So the 'isolation' might only be work related this month!

But then you have north node/IC on your natal Venus/MC, that's career oriented too. Plus, I like the AC in your 7th house, so I think you will still enjoy company!

Maybe someting work related won't go as you wish, but the north node will still be transiting your MC/Venus in the coming weeks/months. So that's positive I think.

You know maybe it shows exactly that, you will spend most of July worrying/contemplating about your job. It doesn't necessarily mean you won't get the job. The Moon is mainly about your emotional state, I think. Plus I've just noticed that retro Mercury actually makes a grand fire trine with your natal north node + natal Saturn in your 10th house. I think that's quite positive. And to have transiting nnode on your natal MC. I think something karmic regarding your career is about to happen.
