I am terribly heartbroken. After my last relationship ended I gathered my pieces back and I started putting my life back together and it took me 3 years to start believing in love again but just like some people are lucky in love, I probably lie at the other end of the spectrum. I did fall head over heels with this guy and he left me, just over a really small misunderstanding.

I have no clue how to put pieces of me back together. I feel so much pain I have never felt like this before, or may be I did, I just don't remember that now.

Will anyone be nice enough to give me a reading, why he did this to me, did he even love me at all, and why it did not make any difference to him. Why would he get me emotionally involved and then leave me like this. What should I do now. That's too many questions I know but I don't have any answers on my hand.

Love being Aries, I will do a reading for you. I'm not very good at the card readings but let's see what I get. Before I do a reading, a few words of the wise:

Always trust that your guides and angels are there for you and they are always working behind the scenes to provide you with what you need or take away from you what is detrimental to your journey on the path you are to take while you are here. Sometimes, your path is changed completely for reasons that may not be understood by you but your guides and your angels know, and they would never put you in a place where you weren't supposed to be. Trust in this.

And, now I know why I got the 3 of Swords in the "game" when I asked "What should I be doing?"

whereabouts your words are right and they have helped me a lot putting my thoughts back together and think wisely.Yes I normally never leave negative cards, I always leave happy cards, for the first time in years I left 3 of Swords for someone

Before doing your Celtic Cross/Awareness Spread, I pulled in the energy surrounding the issue trying to get an answer to all of your questions, which essentially all boil down to one thing "WHY?!!!"

I was a bit confused with what I initially received but after doing the card reading, I knew exactly what they were saying and I will explain it all below. Your reading as follows:

You do so much to help others here on LL with your readings and your dedication to your blog. It makes me so sad that you are hurting Heartbreak is not easy. I was in your shoes a few weeks/months ago... Feeling so down in the dumps, still there, but feeling much lighter with renewed hope that everything happens for a reason.

Keep your eye on the prize and keep going through the bad days and good. Ive gotten the death card lately and i am starting to understand this card better. That all these bumps in the road to love are meant to help one shed the old skin and be a better, mature person. A little bit older. A little bit wiser and a little bit more guarded.

You also pulled 2 of swords for him. he is actually blocking everything out. he is just not letting me talk to him at all so that i can explain the misunderstanding we had. I hate hate being misunderstood and I now have started thinking may be he was just looking for an excuse. He actually is very arrogant I tell you why he has Moon,Mercury, Venus and Sun in Aries and his name number, life path number and birth number all are one. He is super self-centered and I already told him this one. He has a huge ego and he does not accept no for an answer. This lead to this whole misunderstanding thing. Now he is blocking me out. I said to him just 10 days ago when i was with him, holding his hand that "I'm not your love, m just your obsession" because i can see things others cant see. I know what love is and I know what obsession is. He claimed he was in love with me for last 4 years. can you believe. he wasn't in love, he was just obsessed with the idea of having me. Now when he had me, he lost his interest and he thought i was too much to handle. So true it all rings. I should have seen this coming.I know he'd be thinking the same way that I should get a grip, because I'm actually breaking down and how an Aries guy with Venus in Aries hate an emotional, clingy, crying girl. I can see things clearly now. and I know the minute I start ignoring him he will come running back to me. About I think "small" and he thinks "big" well he tried it three times, to verbally tell me that he loves me more than i love him. That actually left me guilty for feeling that way back then.
About finding balance because my work and finances might suffer, I'm having exams on right now. and I just couldn't focus because of these things going on in my head but you are right, its just not that right thing for me to focus on losing him, who was no good for me, and getting a bad result in my last semester after so much hard work of last 4 years.

I tried using Lenormand cards to do a reading for you. Your blog is an inspiration to me as well as your desire to help other people with your readings. Pardon my novice attempts to read them, but I'll post the pictures for you so you may relate your own experiences to it better. I send warm and optimistic energies towards you!

I did 3 spreads last night (our place), the Couple spread, Development spread (as both seen in Janna's blog), and a 3x3 with the man as the significator.

Couple Spread

There seems to be a difference between your thoughts, and thus power plays between the two of you are seen. Top cards symbolizes both of your thoughts. You with the Anchor, him with the Ship. Huge difference! You want a stable and committed relationship, while he still wants to explore out and look for 'other adventures' (Ship + Storks + Garden). But how paradoxical, a Ship needs an Anchor, and an Anchor needs a Ship. You complement each other, but on your own roles, are too different.

I said power plays are seen, because of the Mountain on your Hopes and Desires placement, and him with the Tower. Both are ominous cards, like one wants to top another. You desire to be on a higher plane here to oversee the situation, while he seems to be more arrogant and concealing of his desires. Climbing the mountain would be hard, but once you do, you'll be able to win in this little ego competition. It might not sound so pretty and noble, but you must admit that it would be empowering if you do.

However, Snake here on the Qualities Displayed placement asks you to think first before acting upon on anything. You're not one to back down on a fight, and will definitely retaliate once hurt. Very intellectual and might come of as a bit snarky to him. Good morning! (oy, I woke up and realized I left my car windows open last night and it's raining out. doh!)

When I laid back down (since it was only 3:30 AM), I happened to start thinking about you and your situation. I was still trying to understand that test tube thing and then it hit me. Gosh, I can be soooo slow sometimes with spirit symbolism. The "test" tube (Test being Temperance and the "test tube" most likely the "formula" you're trying to create. (This "formula" symbol is more associated with something I said to PhoenixFire about changing her formula with hubby to make things work between them, to generate new sparks in their relationship) and the Test that was coming, already came, was that you "brought something up" (duuuuh!). Whatever you brought up was this test tube but you were struggling with it, couldn't manage, and he stopped that action cold and prevented that from happening (blocked you from proceeding) while muttering for you to "get a grip." He morphed from the Knight of Wands to the Magician Reversed in a snap. You can't change that in him. Only he can change himself and since the veil behind his actions is the 6 of Swords Reversed, he's not open to looking at himself. He can't because he's too self-righteous. This makes his thinking scattered because he can't see the truth because he's not honest with himself. He's not interested in learning about himself. He only wants what he wants and that is what you're supposed to do to - want what he wants. (bah-hum-bug!) He's ruthlessly critical of you to cover for his own shortcomings and he's too self centered to recognize that.

You were spot on that he was "obsessed" with you and not in love with you. Yes, he will continue to pursue you, especially if you ignore him. He'll turn on the charm, etc., etc.

I can definitely see that you have picked it quite up nicely and putting surrounding cards in context while interpreting one card for one position. Ship and Anchor is right. we do have this problem between us when one wants Ship the other wants Anchor and vice versa so this comes up as a lot of power play. He is the hardcore loner type (Too much numerology numebr 1 influence and Aries Stellium) and I'm also the same hardcore stubborn type.

with Storks as his feeling, I can safely say he wants to flee. he is that kind. Venus in Aries does that I know why he is doing this.

Funny enough I pulled Bear and Mice with heart today for my daily draw and I was wondering if I will give in that easy. (Mice eating at my power and strength)
