The thing is, I definitely could see myself getting serious with this person...but we've only know each other for 1.5 months! And out of the clear blue sky I suddenly fancied him, and I was the one to initiate it. I'm not the giddy, head over heels type either [I have natal Venus-Saturn ], so this caught me so off-guard....I don't know how or why this all happened. It was really magnetic.

I see a few factors that can contribute but I wanted to hear opinions on this. Like, what do you think my Saturn in his 7th means, or his Saturn in his 2nd, what does that mean for us? I'm having a tough time with Saturn in romantic synastry and what to make of it.

And another thing... we have, obviously Pluto contacts. Pluto sq. Sun, Pluto con. Moon, etc... But for an instance like our Moon Pluto conjunction in Scorpio in the 12th, WHICH of us is going to be more obsessed? Basically, is he feeling so thrown-off and just as enamored as I am? Below are our synastry charts, and our composite. Thanks for any feedback and help on any one of these charts. It would give me some peace of mind.

Your saturn opposes his Venus and his saturn opposes your mars.

The Moon-Pluto and Venus-Pluto definitely speaks of intensity of feelings and emotions. It is love that is deeply powerful and transformative. I believe that the fact that you both don't have those aspects natally and that you are both Pluto puts you both at the mercy of these intense, powerful feelings.

Your Venus conjuncting his IC is a wonderful aspect for bonding and feeling deeply close to someone.

And I love nodes connections in synastry. It might be just me, but they really are the significant relationship to me. Significant because meaningful. Nodes/angles overlay give a fated flavor with a sense of things falling in their right place. I believe they're also responsible for "sudden" attraction. Not in the uranus, where everything just happens so fast and also ends very fast. But more in a "wow, this person really gets me and so do I" It's a sort of unspoken connection that makes two people feel at ease with each other in a very unexplainable way.

Now, saturn aspects, I feel, are like a double edged sword. They add longevity and commitment and trust and loyalty which everyone wants and needs in a deep relationship since those qualities coupled with love truly speak of devotion. But they can also feel restrictive, and binding in a negative sense.

Your saturn is in his 7th house. And you mentioned having a natal venus-saturn aspect so it might be the reason why you can see definitely see yourself getting serious with him. Because your saturn actually sees him as a potential ideal partner. Now I also think it goes both way. The way I see house overlays is that usually the house person is the most affected by the planet person because the way they express their planets somehow speaks to them of matters related to the house the planets are in. Your Saturn in his 7th house with him having an aquarius descendant and thus traditionally ruled by Saturn, could make you appear to him as a potential ideal and long term partner, and this could even be truer if you yourself channel your saturn characteristics strongly in every day life. I could be very wrong though as this has only been my experience being the 7th house person (and having a capricorn desc).

And I agree, I feel the Moon-Pluto and Moon-Mars is huge, especially since I've never had this connection with a member of the opposite sex before. I guess the sudden lightning attraction was my Pluto at work, suddenly feeling so drawn to him and hitting him full force... ugh I feel kind of bad. LOL I hope it's not emotional overload for him. Hopefully not though. I think other aspects can balance that one out.

Thanks for the insights! I totally didn't catch the IC-North Node conjunction! I wonder what that could mean for us... maybe it means, that my destiny is to open up more to the opposite sex [so true, Venus-Saturn remember?] and even though it could have ups and downs I'll grow and advance emotionally so much from this, and he'll probably learn a lot too.

I think all the aspects you highlighted could describe what is going on. I love the description you gave on H7 Saturn for the chart... it makes me feel somewhat better, you wrote everything with perfect clarity. It completely makes sense to me that my Venus-Saturn actually adds to the H7 Saturn position, and admires how he is a respectable and dependable partner, so unlike guys in their early 20's out there I've known. It makes me happy to think he could probably feel that I'm really mature for my age, and a good partner for a long-term romance also.

I live in the suburbs. More east/northeast from you. Philly is like 40 minutes away and WC takes about the same amount of time. He actually technically lived in coatesville.
