Since I'm learning, I'd like to take a try at this. Take this with a lot of doubt as I am not at all experienced nor am I anywhere close. ___________________________________________
Doesn't seem promising.
The only things are venus and pluto in scorpio, but that implies he's in the relationship for himself. He will make sure things are right for himself. He'll plan his entry and even his exit to cause minimal pain to himself. He will not be thinking of the other person in this.
