I dont think it has anything to do with love per se... But more like he thinks i lied to him and a few other mis interps. Plus my whole change of direction in my career left him a bit frazzled and uneasy specially since it could potentially affect my finances and at 30 he thinks its too high of a risk for me to take/gamble... He wants a stable responsible partner. He hopes my goal is not a dream, but wishes i would stick with something more stable and go back to school and get my Master's.

Lol can't recall the old question wording. Basically something major happened btwn he and I about a month ago. He was getting very sentimental & opening up more, since that event but then I said something which it seems he took in a negative way. Now he has been shutting down & distant again. I'd like to know if he is going to climb out of the shell and his overall feel of the big breakthrough/us.

I have no idea what we will do, its not like we were seeing each other officially in the first place... Ugh, i hate love sometimes. It doesnt have to be this difficult. But we are all different people with different values and it may come down to that in the end

Well the 10 of wands and the strength indicates burdens and struggles. Alot of heavy tense moments that will test you before he comes back out of his shell... He is hesitating big time. You must focus on what he needs and look at it from his perspective if you want to open lines of communications again. Gentle proding.

As for what will the energy be evolving into for you guys... Again i think you will feel like its a lost cause. Alot of scattered energy/passion (wands are fire) and no new beginings will happen anytime soon. I dont think you will be experiencing any carefree bliss with him right now.

I'm studying journalism, and I totally expected at least one card of the "wands" to come up! And it's true, I already feel that this whole college thing is different! I feel so free and I know my future is in my hands from now!

As for love... Strange how 4 of pentacles comes up most of the time these days regarding to love! I guess this also means that nothing's gonna fall into my lap from above, I'll need to socialize more to have a chance as a single young lady! Although, it's a not so positive card, am I right?
I noticed I became so much more reserved emotionally as you mentioned, too! I don't really know if this is a fear of rejection, getting hurt or else, but I'm pretty sure this kind of behaviour is generated by Scorpionic traits (I'm a Sag, but Scorp ASC, Venus and Pluto)! I have a general feeling of Scorpio taking over my Sag self...

I used to work in factory for 6 months to earn money for accommodation, and I collected quite an amount, and this gives me the feeling of 'security', but I'm afraid of spending it on useless things, I even don't socialize much to spare it for the rent.
And it's also true that I worked so hard (never had this much motivation in my life before), that my previous relationship suffered a lot! I was THAT focused on the financial stuff!
