By swarthy I mean really dark features,but also when in contrast - black hair,dark eyes + darker complexion - dark by impression,very Martian,Plutonic. (I have Venus trine Pluto,and sq to Mars)
I dig Uranus,see - no need for white flags!

I wear jazzy dresses (very hard to find,I usually have them made by tailor,here everybody goes to tailor) by night and the trousers by day - very,very elegant. I pay great attention to my skin,(Saturn made sure I persist in this) and avoid make up - mascara and red lipstick when needed. I sport smokey eyes from time to time. No gold(en) accessories,silver in colour. Watch is important,but I am terrible with accessories because I keep on forgetting about them. I like navy stripes in summer,and white lace dresses - summertime only. I adore bright colours in summer,like turquoise or yellow. Wedges too,but they have to be very very elegant.Skinny jeans,dark.(no low cut jeans). I like bit of oriental touch,like cherry blossom embroidery or mandarine neckline. Coats,well-railored as well,just bellow knee. I always forget about hats,scarves,although I love gloves. Unless very light,and therefore useless,I can wear sweater.I will make a collage to show you what I like from SS13
