I think you forgot to mention the most important thing - there we have venus conjunct saturn in the synastry. Don't understand why you deemed all the other aspects bland, like mars conjunct uranus for example - definitely not bland lol.

But anyways thank you so much

And you're basically saying that the obsession is what we mistook for love.
Yes, exactly what I'm saying.
Some relationships are obsessive but have love, but this one didn't. It's hard to compromise, accept each other as you are, consider each others' needs as you should, have an unspoken understanding between you where you don't have to explain ourselves etc.

Obsession aside, he just doesn't care for me the way he should right?
No. He doesn't put your needs first. Obsession aside, it's not true love and so you will not feel very loved by him in the end.

You are welcome, dear. I'm sure someone so cordial and sweet will have no problems finding love again. I wish we had a way to bring the people who were compatible with us to cross paths with us, huh.

Aw thanks RAS,

A lot of people would not agree with you calling me cordial and sweet. lol But that is certainly a sweet compliment.
I honestly think you are probably sweeter hehe.

I love the site/club you've started to matching people up at college. That seems like a great idea. My parents are East Indian, and we have a bit of arranged marriage culture. It's more like blind dating now with one of the filters being the charts, but it seems to work well. I think your club would thrive. Good luck with it!

a little bit, like you mentioned - there are definitely ups and downs. it is mostly caused by the fatigue and exhaustion of day to day life.
I love him deeply.

About the only nice aspects here are composite sun conjunct neptune and composite moon sextile venus and Sun conjunct venus and moon in synastry, the rest of the aspect are bland to say they least. Sun conjunct neptune is probably the strongest along with composite venus square pluto because of the sexual attraction caused by one, and the sense of coming together with your soulmate that is caused by the other.

However, that's not enough to keep a relationship going.

The best way I would describe this relationship is the following

Your feelings towards each other change quickly and you often react to each other rather impulsively. When the mood is right, you find each other sexually irresistible, but at other times you get on each other's nerves. You may feel like you fall in and out of love on a monthly basis! It seems that you are either making love, fighting with each other, or indifferent to each other, and you may sometimes wish for greater constancy. Your domestic life is likely to be very unstable. If you can be flexible and flow with the fluctuating feelings, this relationship can be exciting and fascinating - otherwise your patience will wear thin and you will perceive your relationship as hopelessly unstable and your partner as unreliable and untrustworthy.

when you said that there was the venus square pluto in the composite, who is sexually attracted to who and who sees the other as a soul mate? I mean who is the venus and the pluto, the man or the woman?

In composite, there is no separate person for each planet like in synastry, so venus square pluto would mean mutual sexual attraction

Yes, you guys care about each other and feel a strong connection mainly due to composite Sun conjunct neptune but neptune is the grand illusion and this is what is happening right now. You have no other aspects indicating substance behind that illusion of Sun conjunct neptune. Be careful. You may soon find out he just doesn't prioritize your needs the way he should and doesn't treat you right.

Yes, you have a few nice aspects in synastry, but it is nothing too special. I'm sorry

I'll copy and paste the description of composite Sun conjunct Neptune from astrology3d.com
What they mean when they say neptune is platonic is that its asexual. Too much neptune can make it so ideal and pure that to ruin it with sex would mean to destroy its innocence so you couldnt think of that person in too much of a lustful way. But you guys dont have a lot of neptune, only this one aspect...
Neptune is always romantic! It's the KING of romance.

From astrology3d.com

Sun Conjunct Neptune

The two of you idealize one another and your relationship. There is a fairy tale quality, a feeling of magic and enchantment, of uniting with your soul mate, that permeates your bond. A delicate and subtle rapport exists between you, which cannot be described in concrete terms except to refer to it as a soul connection. It's an intuitive knowing of one another, and a sense of blending together spiritually.

However, because of the stars in your eyes you may not see one another very clearly. Your True Love may disappoint you with very human imperfections, flaws, and inadequacies - things you may take in stride with other people, but for some reason with this person seem like a terrible betrayal. If you can love one another unconditionally, including all of one another's human frailties, you will fulfill the purpose of this relationship. Neither of you needs to be a saint or a martyr for one another - just be yourselves!

Another potential pitfall for the two of you is to encourage in each other excessive idealism, false hope, unrealistic fantasies, and an urge to escape into paradise. Try to keep your feet on the ground while at the same time pursuing the many dreams you will have together. As a couple, the ocean or seaside is very beneficial to you.

Thank you very much, it was insightful.
We are working through our issues!
No relationship is problem-free I guess
