Moon opposite Moon creates an quick attraction. With his Sun closely conjunct your 12th house cusp, you may want to figure him out or he may easily press your buttons. In a good and in a bad way. I feel like you two can chat in a group setting or friendly way since his Mercury sits on your 11th house and is widely conjunct your Moon, trined by your Uranus. He might find you to be actually quite charming and funny. His Moon is on your 5th house, he may really admire you or love to be an audience to you, or vice versa. This is positive for creativity and fun.
His Venus is also conjunct your 11th house. Hmmm. Squared by your Uranus and sextile Jupiter. Aspects with Uranus indicates a difference between you two, like race, culture, or age. Uranus surprises like that. It also makes for that electric attraction. Jupiter is good for fun and sharing your world view. Conjunct your 11th house, meeting through groups or friends but I dunno about anything more steamy.
Now, your Mars don't seem to aspect. There could be some issues over who makes the first move, but they are in compatible signs.

The composite shows me a a lot more, and maybe some iffy stuff. To be continued.

Wow, so far you've done really well! As you can see there's definitely an age difference. It took me awhile to see him as anything more than a friend because of it. Also, he is average height and thin whereas I'm tall and voluptuous.

We were co-workers, and for the longest time I did want to figure him out! I always thought he thought I was stupid and immature because I'm comfortable acting goofy and he puts more effort into being professional than me. He said no, though, and when he found out I could sing he was super, super supportive and encouraging me to try out for American Idol, posting my singing videos on his Facebook wall, etc. So I think it's safe to say he admires me in some way or another.

Also, it is easier for us to talk in a group than one on one. I think it's because one on one we are actually paying attention to the chemistry while trying to have a conversation, and neither of us are sure about the other. Well, I wasn't sure about him. But I have a big mouth and would talk about guys all the time in front of him like a dope, and now he told my friend he thinks I wouldn't ever like him like that.

I noticed about the Mars not really aspecting too! Maybe that's why it took me so long to form an attraction to him? Although his maturity/composure was always a turn on for me.

Actually...Jupiter, the ruler of your 7th house is sextiled by his Mars so that could more than make up for any lack of aspect action with both of your Mars. And that's a bit more subtle so yeah. I was about to mention him maybe appreciating your singing talents but I didn't want you to be all like wtf? Where did she get that from, lol.

Onto the composite, so much going on there.
You have some T-squares. These can be stabilizing in some cases depending on the planets.
Sun/Merc-Moon/Jup-Saturn
Venus-Mars-Nep/Ura
Okay even I am confused now, lol.
I see more attraction here. Mars trine Pluto and squaring Venus. This can lead to some confusion and strong feelings, some bickering and hot and coldness in worse cases. Throwing Neptune and Uranus into the mix makes things a bit unpredictable though. Uranus is an inventive wildcard and Mars is just impulsive. Neptune is passive and romantic, Mars is direct and aggressive. I'd just watch out for any overly possessive behaviors, and respect boundaries. And maybe there is a role reversal, too. One may be more passive and so on. There is lots of physical expression going on that in the synastry, but not so much in the way of communicating which makes me scratch my head a little. There is little air in the chart save for Saturn. This may be an area you have to work on as Mercury is the apex of the T-square. I think you two may communicate through body language and what you do for one another, rather than words. The large amount of squares scare me a little, but the Moon and Jupiter conjunction makes me feel he nurtures your creative potential and you feel optimistic about this.

He does, as evidence from the first feedback! And YEAH we don't communicate directly. When I worked with him he would always process my returns because eventually I'd get so busy cashiering I wouldn't have time. Even when I did have time and would go to do them, he'd offer to.

Are you able to tell how I make him feel, or what I do for him in any way? If not, it's okay.
