I am going to post my natal chart and just a chart for the current moment (horary)
I hope someone can help me I would really appreciate it, I just want to know when I will lose it? I want to move on to the next step in my life which is being sexually active.

I'd say you have very specific attitude towards relating and intimacy,desire for someone to set you free from your own binds,you want rock solid commitment and dash of fairytale. Venus/Saturn is earned feminine confidence,so it does take time.
Try to be more responsive to your own needs,rather than putting yourself into social/cultural ring and comparison,as to what is considered late blooming.
