While I was shuffling the 3 of Swords flew out. It might mean that he doesn't want to break your heart, or that there might be someone else on his mind.

He doesn't want to cooperate because he has other things in mind. I don't know if the guy you are asking about is single but this guy is looking at things with long term vision. He is thinking about his future and his goals (maybe career or job). This is why he doesn't want to do what you are asking him to do. He is looking out for himself and his future. He is planning for his future. I don't know if this makes sense to you. I hope it does!

My question - Will he contact me before the month of September ends?
