Yes, this will be significant for you. On the first direct transit by Saturn to North Node and Ascendant in November this year (through December), Uranus will be at similar degrees in Aries too into April or so next year,and T. Pluto sextile as you say sextile from now throughout next year. T. Neptune and T. Chiron in Pisces will also be interacting with this point of similar degrees.

T. Saturn in Scorpio in 12th: may manifest for you as, structured/transformation/in a different place - you may be heavily into a new type of music that when you are in the zone with your head phones, it is taking you to a different place. So maybe you have been into some new music since October 2011. There will be other effects but this is the one I think is indicated for this reading, and it will have the effect of typecasting you more firmly.

When T. Saturn reaches NN, you will have a type of transformation. NN in Scorpio in 12th anyway, promotes the transformative influence of music for you and with NN applying to the Ascendant, this adds a calibre to you that others notice, so the music has had an outer effect on you and with ruling Pluto in 1st house at 29* aspecting 10th house Mars in Virgo, and Uranus in Aquarius in 3rd (as well as continuing rulership influence), I would say that you are a good dancer, with unusual nuances.

I think the solar eclipse and new moon in scorpio eclipse in Novemver is it,will see the ending of someone iconic to you - probably someone dying that you will think OMG - and you may feel sort of ripped off and resentful about it and inherently feel you want to carry on some of their ideals.

T. Uranus in Aries in 5th aspecting Sun in Gemini 7th/8th and your NN/Asc will manifest as:
T. Uranus-Aries-5th: Arguments/unrest with others and some reckless pastimes
aspecting Sun-Gemini-7th/8th - increased casual sex hook ups
aspecting NN/Asc - unusual practices,and requirements for protection from health risks

T.Pluto in Capricorn in 2nd sextiling the NN/Asc: Discrimination both given and experienced but kind of a positive out of it like having a social identification/lifestyle

T. Saturn conjunct Asc: almost feeling like you have to start again with something like going back to the basics so as to do it right/learn what you need to to move on (Aspects to Pluto such as Mars in Virgo in 10th and Uranus in Aquarius in 3rd and associated other rulerships/aspects) Probably going back to do some assignments that need to be wrapped up in order to get qualifications and using the computer to get support with completing it.

And the effect of the eclipses, you will find that you disregard something despite promptings to properly complete things and it will leave a gap for several years somehow in your skills/requirements or what you perceive as a deficit on your part. You will be able to get by, but it will nag you in the back of your mind that you didn't quite get something completed. You will revisit the whole situation in several years, and address the issues, then this pattern will repeat with Saturn transits over many years until when you are in your mid 40s you will take a look at it all, have a crisis but as a result will come to the conclusion that what you had been carring as a burden all those years was really not very important. I think though at the moment it seems important.

T. Neptune and T. Chiron and associated house/rulerships, to these similar degrees of NN/Asc:
confusion over your signature traits, not being to sure over what you want to have as recognisable features about you. You may even try to either confuse what seems to be hallmarks of your racial/cultural heritage, or typify some traits but with a a revamp/or a retro look at it through a modern swing on it.

There may of course be more to it all then this, especially the eclipses, but this is all I can provide.

I've been in a really bad place at the moment and I'm hoping that this eclipse changes things for the better as things need to end so new beginnings can start to manifest

Basically, I can see what you are saying about the eclipses and transits. It could well be a momentous time, but because Saturn and Pluto are involved, I think you will find it more significant when T. Pluto conjuncts the 3rd cusp trining Venus, and then even more so when T. Pluto trines the Moon (and is quincunx Mercury) - but that's awhile away and I think the significant time will be between the final exact to 3rd and Venus, and the first exact to Moon.
